I spent a couple of hours there making my decision and Brandie helped me see everything I wanted to see, answered my questions, and patiently waited for me to consult with my family over the phone. I came to the dealership with a pretty clear idea about what I wanted in a car and what I liked the most about Brandie and everybody else I dealt with is that they understood that very well. Basically, they would present the options that were available to me and then respected my decisions. When I was picking up the car, they were very flexible with a change in schedule I suggested and they gave me a ride to the dealership after I already made the purchase. I didn't request this service, and they really didn't need to do it, so that was nice. Also, they were all very friendly, answered my questions well, so I came back home with very a positive experience from the dealership. More

We went to Jack Ellena first since they had one new and one used listed on their website. One had sold the prior evening and the second was being written up when we arrived at the dealership. Matt took the time with us to let us test drive both 2014 and 2015 EX models. We decided on the 2014 model that had sold out. More LX models were expected at the dealership within a couple weeks, so we decided to wait for it to get their since Matt had been so upfront with us regarding all our questions about the vehicle. Although it took a bit longer than two weeks to arrive, I am happily driving my CR-V that Matt helped to detail personally. I know I can him with any future questions. Thanks, Matt! More

2015 Honda CR-V EX-L I wasn't planning to buy a new car as I had a 2013 Honda CR-V. I got an email from Monty at Jack Ellena that told me about a program exchange deal. I wasn't planning to buy a new car as I had a 2013 Honda CR-V. I got an email from Monty at Jack Ellena that told me about a program exchange deal. I responded and informed Monty that if he wanted to get my attention he needed to include photos with the prices of the cars. I received the brochure for the 2015 Honda and I also got a call from Matt. Matt told me that there had been some changes made from the 2013 model and I should come in and just look at the 2015 model. Matt was correct. The ride was smoother, the gas mileage was improved, and the transmission had a great warranty. Honda's must be great cars as Monty searched until he found the color I wanted, with the interior specifications, at a price that worked for me. I've now bought two Honda's from Jack Ellena. When I'm ready to buy the third I'll go see Matt at Jack Ellena. More
