General Sales Manager for used vehicles informed me there was no additional room on my trade and I proceeded to leave the store. He then countered with what I considered to be a fair market value for my trade and explained to him where and at what price I wanted to be at. After four hours of negotiations, we agreed to a figure and Jaime presented me the numbers and the two requests I had for the purchase of the 2008 ES 350. The vehicle was ready for pickup as promised and the rest of the transaction went smoothly. Having bought my previous vehicle from JM back in 2001, I would recommend them to my friends and co-workers who are looking for a great deal on either a new or used Lexus. More

I found the exact car that I wanted in Margate Florida, I live in Tampa but flew to South Florida after researching the car. Also the Sales Director came out and introduced himself to us. I came in for a Pre-owned Lexus ES and also had a minivan for a trade in. To make a long song short we ended up getting a great deal on the trade in and the ES was reduced in price. I’m a Lexus family owner and have encountered Lexus of West Kendall and Kendall Lexus and JM Lexus blows them away overall. More
