When we first got into the showroom nobody tried to grab us as we often see. We even had to wait a few minutes for a salesperson because of rotation. Reggie explained very thorouly the extented warranty but we had to refuse it because we might bring the car to Canada within a year. Our sales professional, Joe Caruso, was and still is AWESOME. We did not know him prior to when we called Lexus 1 1/2 years ago and we were fortunate to get him when he answered the phone. Trust ne, all car salesman are NOT the same, and all dealerships are NOT the same either. There is another Lexus dealership closer to our home but JM Lexus stands far ahead of them all the way around. The other dealership had an attitude and the salesman just wanted to shove a car on the lot down our throats. Joe is different, he listens and works hard to find you what YOU want. As a matter of fact, whenever we go back for routine maintenance service we drop in on him in the showroom just to say hello and catch up. I must say this facility is state of the art, both the repair shop and waiting area are impressive.
