I bought my first Lexus from this dealer- great experience. Two years later I decided to trade for another one. Contacted sales via internet to start setting up a transaction on a 2010 RX 350. I already had a price in hand from my local guy and I had told him up front I would prefer to buy from JM Lexus. The internet guy came in with a price two thousand above my local dealer. I told him I was very surprised (all communication via email) and I already had a better deal in place. The guy shot off an amazingly rude email accusing me of withholding information from him (like the fact I was shopping around for a decent deal...duh). I told him I was not playing games but I expected a better price from the world's largest Lexus dealership. He actually replied using profanity saying he wasn't playing any #$%@# games (showing he did not even read my email as I wasn't accusing HIM of playing games. I told him I was done communicating with him and called the dealership. Talked to the Sales Manager that had just read the email exchange. This guy doesn't even apologize for the behaviour of his sales guy but offers to "sell me a car at a good price if I want to stop by the dealership". So much for the legendary customer service at JM Lexus. I happily leased a RX350 from my local guy after this idiotic episode. Very sad too because up to this point I had bragged to so many people about how awesome this dealership was and how great their customer service had been. And I was a loyal customer too- bringing my IS 350 600 miles just to let them service it. For the record I still can't say anything bad about their service department- great guys one and all. But their sales team really dropped the ball with me and I have to let folks know that. More

For awhile I had been interested in buying a CPO Lexus IS250 and the first time I attempted to buy one was with Lexus of West Kendall where I had a terrible experience. So when I finally had to buy a new car I reconsidered getting a Lexus but at a different dealership hoping for better customer service and that's exactly what I received at JM Lexus. I was treated with respect, great service and overall a wonderful experience. Plus the condition of the car I bought was over the top ... it looked like a brand new car. More

I originally called regarding a preowned IS250 and was fortunate to get Chris Ferrell to assist me. I set an appointment to come in for a test drive but was delayed due to family circumstances. When I arrived Chris was with another customer and was with us in a short while. He was definitely worth waiting for. After the test drive he could see I was physically not comfortable (not built like a Japanese person). He suggested we try a new, larger ISC. It was defintely more comfortable but didn't have the sport drivablity I was looking for which the IS250 has. Chris was attentive to MY needs and never tried to "push" me, which I appreciate so much. I have been buying cars since 1970 and by far this was the BEST experience I've had. It is refreshing to have a salesperson give you the information, give you his/her honest opinion and then allow you to make the buying decision. Because of Chris Ferrell's attention, honesty and terrific personality I wish I liked the Lexus product more. Although I did not work with anyone else at JM Lexus, I feel certain that anyone would be treated as well whether in sales or service because of my experience with Mr. Ferrell. More

As someone that dislikes car shopping, I had the best experience in dealing with Steve Finnegan. Steve was very professional and did what he said he was going to do.
