I purchased a used 2010 Toyota Camry and I absolutely LOVE it. This was my first time purchasing a car, and I couldn't have asked for better service. They quickly took care of me, and never made me feel pressured for the deal. I didn't want to make a decision the same day, I wanted to think it over and come back, and they had absolutely no problem with that. They offered me a fantastic deal, and worked with me the whole way to insure that I was satisfied. I have never been so comfortable with a sales person before. Everyone there is there for YOU, they took care of me, making sure I was comfortable and constantly making sure I was well hydrated and fed asking if I needed anything to drink or eat. And it didn't end there, even after I purchased the car and drove off continuing on with my life, Dan called me a few days later to make sure everything was running well and to see if I had any questions. Which I did, I wanted to know if they did window tinting. He informed me that they did, and even went the extra mile to find me a quote and help me set an appointment. With just the service alone there, I would recommend anyone interested in buying a car. JM Lexus has earned a very satisfied and lasting consumer. More

First i thought i was just happy because the process of buying a car can be tortuos and it was finally over. But then i realized, yes i was happy i finally bought a car, but I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. When i first contacted Lexus I was actually coming to see a Toyota Solara convertible. The person assigned to help me was Winston Walker. He was delightful from the start. And there was NO high pressure type sales pitches, he didnt try and sway me from my original decision. After a couple visits he noticed my uncertainty regarding the toyota and made a couple of suggestions. Again, not pushy, just trying to be helpful. At that point i was in agreement and decided to look at a couple of older Lexuses. I decided on one and we began negotiations and the whole process. I ended up very satisfied and purchased the Lexus. I said above that the whole ordeal was actually very nice, but what really impressed me was the way i was treated at JM Lexus. It didnt matter that the car I was buying was under 15k, I was still being treated as if I was buying the top of the line vehicle.. And thats what impressed me the most. Yes i got a good deal financially and yes they helped me get proper approved financing for the purchase, but to me I will remember that I was treated exceptionally. And for that I thank Winston, and Brian (financially), and the whole Lexus staff for the respect they showed me. I would, I will, and I have recommended them to people looking for a car. More

My daughter and I went there to purchase her first car. She was spending her own money and we let Gary know that we needed to keep her budget in mind. He was so helpful and compassionate, understanding our situation and gravity of this being her very first BIG purchase. Edwin helped us when we began test driving the various vehicles. He is very kind, knowledgable and has a great sense of humor. We really enjoyed riding around with him. In the final stages of our purchase, we were introduced to Joel, who took his time in helping us to understand every aspect of the process and even gave us very valuable advice as to what kind/which car he would recommend for a young girl's first vehicle. We had to return the following day to finish our purchase and Gary actually came in on his day off to make sure that everything was ready and perfect for our daughter's big day! He talked to Mike Cook who was very helpful in delivering our daughter's first car! It was a monumental occasion and the only thing I'd recommend is for JM Lexus to have celebratory balloons for any young person's first car!! I terminated a lease with Cadillac and decided it was time to lease another Lexus. The car I wanted was nowhere to be found. Soon after, Jeffrey called to advise be had my car on a ship and could secure it with a deposit. A week later, the car arrived. Jeffrey and I negotiated entirely via email for several hours until I secured the deal I wanted. I drive to the dealer and Paolo took care of the test drive. Back inside, Jeffrey took care of the paperwork. The vehicle was a surprise birthday gift for my mother and she was thrilled. Jeffrey was able to deliver the right car at the right time at the right price when no other local dealer could. This was my fifth Lexus purchase and my third vehicle from J.M. The delivery specialist whom I don't remember was the only negative, rushing through the presentation. Driving home, my mother panicked on the highway not able to locate the cruise control because the delivery specialist was more interested in going home than doing his job explaining technology to a senior citizen. High praise to Jeffrey and Paolo for friendly, professional service with a smile. More
