I really enjoyed the service I received at JM. Alan picked up on my hesitation and nudged me in the right direction by not trying to talk me into something out of my budget. But what most impressed me was when I determined that I wanted to try and SUV instead of the economical sedan he suggested, he quickly adjusted and listened to my emotional tie to the SUV. Most importantly they got me out of there in time for me to see my precious Miami Heat beat the NY Knicks! I would recommend Alan to anyone and have done so 3 times since I purchased my car. He is a good listener and that is what makes him a great sales guy. More

I purchsed a ES330 certified pre-owned from JM Lexus over the internet accross state lines. The process was very easy as the dealership took care of everything from financing, title, plates (for my state), e the internet accross state lines. Overall, it has been a great experience. Jerry sold me the car at a fair price and fair trade as well. I had to go back in for a correction on the car. Jerry took care if the issue while i waited. I was looking to buy a used Lexus LS 430 either 2005-2006. When I saw a unit on the internet that I was interested in I went to the dealership to check it out. I was greeted by a friendly sales sta 2005-2006. When I saw a unit on the internet that I was interested in I went to the dealership to check it out. I was greeted by a friendly sales staff,and went over to see the used unit in stock. In the end I purchased the vehicle for a reasonable price, the deal was made. Five days later I went back to make my final payment for the vehicle I purchased only to find out the the salesman was transferred to another job at the dealership. I felt abandoned ,however after searching around "Jerry" another sales associate came to my rescue,put the deal through and made me feel "At Home". I felt bad that he had to do the work to finalize the deal,however he was very professional and up beat about having me as a new customer. If it had not been for him I would have been very disappointed in my experience with this dealership. In the future I will see him first and look forward to making further purchases there. Rob More
