Jean was more than happy to show us the new car showroom, the service department and the many, many amenities offered to JM Lexus customers. We could not believe that he had the energy to even consider taking the time to show us the entire facility. With our trade-in BMW X5, plus a small down payment, the Sales Manager, Heath Ewing, made it possible for my wife and I to drive off in our dream car, a Lexus RX 350. My family has been shopping for a CPO Lexus ES 350 with specific options. To find the right mileage, color, options and year was a feat in and of itself. I was a bit speculative but you can tell of their dedication to service and their leadership in product delivery from the minute you are communicated with. We agreed on a price (which saved us THOUSANDS$$$$) and made an appointment to drive down from Central Florida. A short 2 hours and 45 minutes which would serve as a tremendous test drive back since you have 72 hours to return if not satisfyed. Upon arriving at the dealership, the grand appearance was a bit overwhelming at first. We went for a tour of the facility and you could see it in everyone's eyes. PRIDE in what they do and JOY in delivery the best product, service and experience bar none! Gary was confident in answering questions, showed a professional demeanor throughout the vehicle test drive and inspection as well as accomodating regarding our logistical time due to driving down and time sensitivity to get back on the road. I have visited luxury dealerships and purchased other luxury vehicles in the past, Mercedes, Audi, Infinity and BMW. This dealership stands out above the rest in the way they treat you.
