Because of their reputation, we decided to travel more than 3 hrs to see what JM Lexus had to offer. We are happy that we did! Gary Catronio spent 4 1/2 hours with us (on his day off) to assure that we go than 3 hrs to see what JM Lexus had to offer. We are happy that we did! From start to finish, he gave us customer service that was among the best that we have ever experienced! This is my third Lexus. The service is matched only by the quality of e car itself. This is the first car I ever bought where they actually gave me a class in how to use all the functionality of the vehi the quality of e car itself. I wish they had 6 starts to give Joe Caruso and JM Lexus. Just took delivery of our second new Lexus RX-350 from JM in the past 18 months. Joe delivered the car to our home in Jacksonville, Florida (350 mile Just took delivery of our second new Lexus RX-350 from JM in the past 18 months. Joe delivered the car to our home in Jacksonville, Florida (350 miles!), we signed the papers and he took the Big Red Coach back to South Florida. I mean, who could ask for more personalized service than that? On both deals, conducted entirely over the internet through email, Joe has consistently treated our family with dignity, been good for his word and conducted business in an honorable, straightforward and decent manner. On our initial transaction, Joe sent all the papers by FedEx for my wife to sign (her car), I drove down to JM Lexus and took delivery. Not a penny of "surprises", last-minute adjustments or other dealer comedy. This time, to top it off, Joe graciously offered the long-distance delivery. JM is affiliated with the Toyota and Lexus importer for the Southeast and obviously has enormous allocations of vehicles. Cars supposedly "unattainable" elsewhere do not seem to be an issue for JM. I can't say much about their service department, living as far away as I do, but I've leased our last two new Lexus cars from Mr. Caruso and would recommend his services, and JM Lexus, to anyone, especially if you live in a smaller market with zero competition. More

This is the 3rd Lexus we have leased through Jeff Felder. He is accomodating and willing to spend as much time as you need with questions. We never felt like we were being pushed into something. The salesman I dealt with, Jeffrey Felder, was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. I was extremely impressed as I did not find these qualities in other salespeople while car shopping at other d professional, friendly, and thorough. II haven't had the need to use the service department just yet as I've only had the car for a few weeks but I'm sure the service will be top notch based on my experience to date. Ava was very helpful when we came in to renew a lease; she assisted me with storing some CD 's that i forgot to remove on the way to return the car. My overall experience was excellent! I also met with Max Seltzer the business manager who was very competent and explained he would be contacting me on Monday to transfer the tag to a University of Miami tag. More

He took care of every detail of transferring my "stuff" from my old car to my new one. The other person, Steve Smiley who took care of all the paper work was equally friendly and pleasant. All in all walking into the dealership was a warm and friendly experience. Starting with the receptionist Donna. Every one who saw me smiled and said hello. That is NOT the case in another Lexus dealership. They accomplished their mission of making me feel like a welcome guest! More
