It is an absolute delight to recommend JM Lexus and especially Warquaah Quraishi to anyone who is even remotely considering a new or used car purchase. In a day and age when truly excellent service is becoming the exception, rather than the rule, the folks at JM Lexus completely shattered that myth! When it comes to making a major purchase I am somewhat rigorous in terms of doing my research and having gone online and test driven every luxury SUV that I might be interested in I decided to purchase a RX 350. The issue then became "Where can I get the best overall value in terms of purchase price, terms, financing, and service?" After contacting and visiting several Lexus dealers in the region, I came away with two distinctly different types of experiences. There were two dealerships where I was definitely exposed to the "hard sell" and I am about the last person who responds positively to that approach. Thinking that I would probably not be able to find a good deal at any dealership in a South Florida zipcode, a member of my family strongly encouraged me to go to JM Lexus as she had heard of how they were the largest Lexus store in the area. I was received by a young lady in the front who was generous enough to introduce me to Mr. Warquaah Quraishi and over the next couple of hours and days we negotiated via email and over the phone before I ever drove the car. I must say I have never met a more precise or detail oriented sales person whose knowledge of the product manufacturing materials, processes, and philosophies was greater. He knew the cars like the back of his hand and more importantly trusted the vehicles he sold with no hesitation. Throughout the entire purchasing process Warquaah totally read me correctly and was informative without ever being pushy - at all. He comes from a different and traditional method of customer service as he is primarily concerned with the well being of his customer. He never acted like he was doing me a favor which is quite refreshing in the sometimes snooty world of luxury Crossovers! I must say he is a true professional and a genuine personality. As a sales person, this guy is a keeper! Having figured out the exact model I wanted he found the car configured precisely the way I wanted it and with some modest waiting time it arrived a week later, as promised. Warquaah called me literally within 15 minutes of the car's arrival and I went in the following day to close the deal. From there, I worked with the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager both of whom helped tremendously in terms of explaining the various warranties and what would or would not make sense for me. I could not have been happier with the terms they agreed to and with the friendly and professional manner in which they assisted me. I typically enjoy the art of the deal, with gratitude to my Sales Associate Warquaah Quraishi at JM Lexus this was the most enjoyable car-buying experience in my entire life. The contrast between one of the other dealers and JM was astounding when it came to negotiating various aspect of this purchase. For example, when negotiating with one dealer, it became clear that I would be able to get a good price on the car but that they were going to gouge me in terms of any after-sale accessories such as upgrading the wheels. One dealer quoted me over $ 3,000.00 ABOVE the retail price for a particular set of rims. I thought to myself, if this is how they are treating at the time of purchase, how are they going to treat me when I need service after the purchase. My experience with JM Lexus on the same issue was 180* different. I obtained the exact rims from them for significantly less than retail in order to sweeten the deal. Warquaah was able to find the wheels I wanted and had them on the car before it came in, at no extra cost to me, and put on the pinstripe one day after I purchased the car! Now THAT'S SERVICE ! It is obvious to me that everyone at this dealership clearly sees themselves as part of a larger team and I as the client am the clear beneficiary of their work ethic, creativity, genuine friendliness, and now feel like part of the same family and was welcomed as such as I took possession of my new car. These folks have an incredible business model and it clearly is working for them. They have earned my trust and I am certain that they will not take that trust for granted. I simply cannot thank enough all of those involved who assisted me in making this purchase. Before I drove off with my new Lexus he asked me about my experience and informed me about a survey that I would get regarding his performance, I was especially impressed when he asked me to respond honestly but did ask me to inform him of any concerns so that he may have the opportunity to correct the issue. If you want a great deal, inspired service that will easily meet and likely exceed your expectations, blended with a group of professionals who have exceptional knowledge about their excellent product, this dealership is the place to go ! The best summary I can offer is this: I am already looking at purchasing another car with my husband from this dealership. THE BEST DEALER EVERY!!! We are extremely happy we purchased our certified pre-owned lexus at JM Lexus. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by our personal names by the receptionist, and immediat purchased our certified pre-owned lexus at JM Lexus. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by our personal names by the receptionist, and immediately a sharp looking gentleman by the name Alan Webster came to greet us. We had seen so many vehicles that day, including another dealer in Miami who made us waste 3 hours that we were exhausted. And then we received a call from Alan. At first, we were a bit hesitant to drive to his showroom because of all of the crap we took from the other dealers. However, when he said they have the LARGEST selection of pre-owned certified Lexus vehicles, he wasn't kidding!!! He told me he had just the right car for us, and that he would have it parked in the front for the moment we walked in. That man does not kid around. He had a HUGE red bow on it the moment we got there. We fell in love with the car. He immediately took us for a test drive, to the dealership in front where they have the new cars, and showed us around all of the ammenities they have - iPads, a huge waiting room full of entertainment, a huge viewing room where you can see what they're doing to your car while you're getting maintenance. And then he did what no other dealer has ever done for us - he took us INSIDE the mechanic's shop where they do the oil changes and so forth, driving inside the place. The attention to detail, the service and reputation, not to mention the salesman, had us almost sold. We really needed to accomodate our budget to what we really could afford, and between Alan and Victor (the sales manager) did the best they could. We found this car on eBay and let me tell you, what you see on the pictures is nothing compared to what you will see on person. After we got what we were really looking for - a certified pre-owned lexus in mint condition with low miles and clean looks with the best price on the market - we went for it! The managers and Alan stayed until 11:30PM for us, as we had arrived late to purchase the car, and Jared (Business Manager) helped us through the financing and got us an awesome deal. He had to be home and he patiently walked us through our financing and stayed until the last minute with Allan until we walked out with the car. We don't write reviews this long, but we both felt this one was TOTALLY worth it. We're sooo happy we went to JM Lexus, and will ALWAYS and ALWAYS recommend everyone go there to speak with Alan, because we haven't found any other better salesman and managers who have treated us with respect and so attentive to our needs. I ORIGINALLY VISITED THE NEW CAR AREA. I ATTEMPTED TO LEASE A NEW VEHICLE. MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD. THE UNDERWRITER ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR OR PURCHASE MY CAR. UPSET LEASE A NEW VEHICLE. MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD. THE UNDERWRITER ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR OR PURCHASE MY CAR. I had been in the market for a new car. I purchased a 2009 250is. I paid the right price, and the car is awsome. I had a small problem with a cosmetic part, and the dealership fixed it in a very timely manner. (Alan Webster was on top of his game) I love the car and the excellent service I have received from the dealership. I have purchased an Infinity and several Lexus’ in the past. I was met by a very nice salesman on my first visit to Infinity of Coconut Creek. I found a 2006 pre-owned model that I thought would be nice f past. I was met by a very nice salesman on my first visit to Infinity of Coconut Creek. I found a 2006 pre-owned model that I thought would be nice for my son. The salesman brought over the Sales Manager, Randy Zgremski. Mr. Zgremski asked me the price range I was looking for and then took out a blank sheet of paper. He wrote a price and a +++ next to it. He also added an x, where he noted I should sign in agreement. It was my understanding that what I was signing was a final price plus tax, tag and title fees. We agreed to this. I was sold a prepaid maintenance coupon book with my previous Infinity purchase which contained a coupon for $999.00 off of my next Infinity purchase. Since I knew I would be in the market for a car for my son in the near future, this coupon in particular was a strong part of my decision to go with Infinity. When given this book, I discussed the policy with the salesman and I was told that this coupon should be handed to the dealer after the final price is negotiated. That is exactly what I did. The General Manager of Infinity of Coconut Creek, Ed Mellul, then came over to speak with us. He said that Infinity of Coconut Creek couldn’t honor that coupon because they were already “all in”. Trying to work with him, and since they had given us a good deal, my wife offered to split the difference, so the coupon would now only be worth $499.50. Ed said $400.00, and we said OK. My son was obviously very excited about the car and we didn’t want to let him down. But then Ed said, By the way, there is also an $899.00 dealer prep fee. So, now we are being asked to pay $600.00 more than expected plus $899.00 more for dealer prep, which is a term I am still not sure I fully understand. We got up, thanked the Infinity of Coconut Creek staff and walked out. My son was devastated, but I explained to him that this was a good lesson in honest and dishonest business, and in the importance of walking away from a business deal that is tainted and not trustworthy. I tried to remedy the situation by putting a call in to the owner of Infinity of Coconut Creek, Billy Pierce, and requesting to return the coupon book, but my call was returned by the General Manager, Ed Mullel, and he informed me that all decisions at the dealership ended with him and he stood behind his deal. We felt that the sales practices at Infinity of Coconut Creek were deceptive and sketchy. We will never purchase a car from Infinity of Coconut Creek. Since we were out, we went right next door to JM Lexus. We didn’t realize that they closed at 6:00 PM, and it was close to 6:30 at this point. As we were turning to leave, a JM Lexus Sales Consultant, Steven Finnegan, came out and asked if we needed any help. We told him that we understood that they were closed and we could come back the next day, but he said it would be fine to stay. He showed us some pre-owned cars, including a VW Jetta, which my son loved. We test drove the car and worked out the numbers and Steven Finnegan sold us the car. It was that simple! When we got home, my wife started searching the internet to make sure we got a good deal, and she happened to find the exact car we had purchased on one of the websites and it was listed for about $350.00 less than we had paid. I called Steven the next morning to explain what had happened and within 3 minutes he called me back and offered to reduce the price by $500.00. Later that week, the tire indicator light came on and I called Steven again. Not only did he offer for me to immediately bring the car in for them to look at, but he actually took the car for the day, brought it to the local VW dealer to be fixed and just called when it was ready to be picked up. It has been such a pleasure to work with JM Lexus and Steven Finnegan. I explained to my son that, unfortunately, he shouldn’t expect to deal with salespeople as courteous and as honest as JM Lexus’ Steven Finnegan. It is more often than not in this world that salespeople try to cheat you out of a good deal in one way or another. Steven Finnegan is the exception to this rule. I look forward to referring my friends and family to Steven Finnegan and JM Lexus for their future auto purchases. More
I went in today not absolutely sure that I would leave with a car worth the price or that I would even leave with a car at all. And each goal I set before coming was either met or exceeded. I am truly thankful for the service and help I received. Steven is a great guy and sales person who changed my view of them.
