We found the pre-owned car we wanted at this dealership, but had concerns about being from out of town and not having the ability to do the deal in person. The car is Lexus certified, so we knew it would be a quality vehicle. I was worried about doing the deal long distance, but he put my mind at ease. We had a great experience. Phenomenal service. Was in a tough bind with time crunch and Conrad helped us out. We were stressed out after our tire blew up on the highway.
