Overall, it has been a great experience. Jerry sold me the car at a fair price and fair trade as well. I had to go back in for a correction on the car. Jerry took care if the issue while i waited. I was looking to buy a used Lexus LS 430 either 2005-2006. When I saw a unit on the internet that I was interested in I went to the dealership to check it out. I was greeted by a friendly sales staff,and went over to see the used unit in stock. In the end I purchased the vehicle for a reasonable price, the deal was made. Five days later I went back to make my final payment for the vehicle I purchased only to find out the the salesman was transferred to another job at the dealership. I felt abandoned ,however after searching around "Jerry" another sales associate came to my rescue,put the deal through and made me feel "At Home". I felt bad that he had to do the work to finalize the deal,however he was very professional and up beat about having me as a new customer. If it had not been for him I would have been very disappointed in my experience with this dealership. In the future I will see him first and look forward to making further purchases there. Rob More

I was apprehensive about the whole dealer experience since i was recently divorced and had to face buying a car on my own. I went to JM because I heard that they are Women Certified. Purchased 2006 RX400h from JM Lexus from Internet Manager Alan Webster. Alan went out of his way to return emails and phone calls to me in Oklahoma City. He helped me with providing a spec sheet and physical description of the RX400h and assisted me with a wonderful transporting company (First Class Auto Transport, Nicole) to get my RX to me safe and sound in a timely manner and a great price. He made sure transport company picked up car, made sure a tire that leaked air was repaired before it got loaded onto the tranporter and provided all necessary manuals, keys and accessories were secure before the RX departure to OKC. I purchase many cars from out of state but usually I fly out and drive them back home. This time I purchased sight unseen and relied on Alan's recommendation of this RX. RX was delivered to me last night. 2006 Certified RX400h with 59k miles on it and it looked in as new condition inside and out. No dings or scratched, wheels perfect, and interior was in as new condition. Interior leather excellent, Dash excellent, carpet excellent, rear cargo excellent! I am a very very picky person and a clean freak to boot and like all my things pretty close to perfect. RX400h fit my expectations and that is saying a lot...I will be purchasing a used White 2010 RX450h in a year or so and will look to JM Lexus in Margate Florida to provide me with another impecable vehicle and of course excellent service from Alan Webster. More
