I really enjoyed the service I received at JM. Alan picked up on my hesitation and nudged me in the right direction by not trying to talk me into something out of my budget. But what most impressed me was when I determined that I wanted to try and SUV instead of the economical sedan he suggested, he quickly adjusted and listened to my emotional tie to the SUV. Most importantly they got me out of there in time for me to see my precious Miami Heat beat the NY Knicks! I would recommend Alan to anyone and have done so 3 times since I purchased my car.
