JM Lexus

I have had the WORST car buying experience of my life time. I have never seen more deceptive , incompetent people than at JM Lexus. This experience has caused me & my family more stress than open heart s time. I have never seen more deceptive , incompetent people than at JM Lexus. This experience has caused me & my family more stress than open heart surgery. (Although this stress could cause a heart attack.) I have spent several lunch hours from work & numerous phone calls to ATTEMPT to correct issues to no avail, although I was assured that the problems were corrected. (Which to this date still have not been solved.) There is no customer service at this dealership, only the I want to sell you a car mentality. Once the contract is signed it's all over for JM. I still have to read my owners manual to find out how to work things because I was never shown anything....HMMMM I can only hope that the serice center is better.... More
