I was in Miami on business and saw a 2004 RX330 for $19995 at JM Lexus that I was interested in. Mike the salesman called me back promptly and we soon determined that this particular car had been sold. $19995 at JM Lexus that I was interested in. Mike the salesman called me back promptly and we soon determined that this particular car had been sold. Apparently this RX330 was a stripped down version but he had 15 other ones at a similar price. I told him that I was busy and did not have the time to drive 30-40min if we did not have anything to work with. He assured me that of the 15 other RX's although they were all priced above $25K the sticker did not matter and that we could get them down to around $20K. After driving up there the story was the same - don't worry about the sticker price. However the choice suddely became much narrower instead of 15 at that price we were now down to 1 or 2. We settled on a Granite RX330 and meanwhile I also became enamored with a IS250. Financing went well but the rest was basicaly a 1970's used car dealership strategy - what do you want you payment to be - I said that this was not the issue the issue was to get the overall price down and this combined with a low interest rate would yield the monthly payment. The IS turned out to be too much for me and the RX330 was not far behind - turns out that they gave me sticker price of roughly $26K and tried to massage the monthly price by getting me to increase my down payment and increase the monthly terms. At this stage Mike now said that they could not go lower on the RX. The M.O.is that of a typical Chevy dealership back-and-forth between him and the "manager" - wasting my time and getting nowhere. JM Lexus may operate under the guise of a luxury brand dealership but ultimately these guys are nothing but 1970's used car bait and switch operation disguised as a Lexus dealership - in our day and age who would have thought! More

These guys "juked" my 60 year old mother in a deal that I tried to facilitate over the phone and was assured that the car was available and would be there when she arrived with MY CHECK. Was even called by the sales guy 2 hours prior to arrival....when we got there......the car was SOLD...I.E. ....never EXISTED. Tried to STRONG arm her into a car much more expensive than we had origianlly discussed. First and Last dealing with these guys. Expect much more from Lexus!! More

My wife and I leased our 3rd vehicle from them. While they are a long distance from Miami, it was worth the drive. Because of the distance, I prefer to haggle price over the phone. Service was really good, but did not exceed my expectations as they did in other areas. More

Mr Smileys was at first a pleasure to deal with simply because he saw I drove up in a nice car. After the initial greeting and him continuing to talk about my car and that how he wanted to buy one himself because he saw I drove up in a nice car. Many of my questions were unanswered and his knowledge of the product was lack luster. He didnt allow my to test drive the car simply because it was raining. Probably since he didnt want to get wet. The main thing that bothered me was that he kept answering his cell phone in front of me and basically had an arguement with his presumably "wife: while we were sitting in front of him. I dont think people like him should be working at such an establishment as JM LEXUS. They must just hire anyone. Will i return, yes, but hopefully i can deal with a true lexus salesman. I have had the WORST car buying experience of my life time. I have never seen more deceptive , incompetent people than at JM Lexus. This experience has caused me & my family more stress than open heart s time. I have never seen more deceptive , incompetent people than at JM Lexus. This experience has caused me & my family more stress than open heart surgery. (Although this stress could cause a heart attack.) I have spent several lunch hours from work & numerous phone calls to ATTEMPT to correct issues to no avail, although I was assured that the problems were corrected. (Which to this date still have not been solved.) There is no customer service at this dealership, only the I want to sell you a car mentality. Once the contract is signed it's all over for JM. I still have to read my owners manual to find out how to work things because I was never shown anything....HMMMM I can only hope that the serice center is better.... More
