He touched up my scratch and polished my hood rather than telling me that I had to have the entire hood of the vehicle sanded down and repainted for a cost of $500.00. This by far and away has been my most pleasant t buying experience. My trade in was a Cadillac SRX. Electrical system failed, directional indicators failed, dashboard cracked, etc. I have always purchased American made automobiles until this purchase. My wife purchased the Lexus 250H a few years ago in West Palm Beach but had it serviced at JM Lexus. Never a problem with this hybrid and her experience with the service department at JM Lexus was always a pleasant experience. She always was given a loaner car to get to work and when she finished work her car was ready and clean. When I decided to trade in the Cadillac I contacted local Lexus and Hyundai dealers. Ana Maria Morales from JM Lexus answered my e-mail promptly and set up an appointment for my wife and I. When we arrived she met us and spent a few minutes with us determining what our needs where and how she could best serve us. We selected a ES300H hybrid to test drive. Ana Maria drove us of the lot explaining all of the basic features of the automobile. After I very short test drive I was so impressed with the smoothness of the drive, the handling, the interior set up, and everything else about the Lexus my search for a new car ended. We returned to the dealership where Ana Maria very patiently and carefully explained the advanced technology of the automobile, the warranties and so on. Being a bit on in years she had to repeatedly explain a few things but always with a smile. Ana Maria brought in the finance specialist who explained clearly and concisely every financing option available to me. Never once did he ask "how much can you afford a month"! After the sale was complete Darryl Lewis prepared the car and very patiently went over all of the basic features as well as the advanced technology in the car. He very patiently explained everything I asked. After the sale I received an e-mail and a phone call fro Ana Marie asking if I had ANY questions or if there was ANYTHING else she could do to assist us. JM Lexus has a reputation in this area for superb customer service. As a college professor of economics and management I focus on delivering exceptional customer service with my MBA students. Ana Maria and her colleagues at JM Lexus raise the bar for customer service to a higher level than I have ever seen in practice. When my wife decides to purchase a new Lexus and when my son is ready to purchase a car our first and only visit will be to Ana Maria Morales and her team at JM Lexus.
