Mr. Ripley was eager to expeditiously resolve the problem by discussing a plan to diagnostically check the electrical system to determine exactly why the relatively new battery was discharging. He was very personable and courteous to me during this process and made me feel like a valued customer. The JM Lexus team fixed the problem and there was no charge since the battery was still under warranty. More importantly, Robert treated me with respect and professionalism that will keep me coming back to him at JM Lexus knowing I will be dealt with honestly and fairly. More
