From our initial contact with a young lady in the parking lot , which I'm sorry I can't remember her name, to Peter, the best JM Lexus employee ever made, the service was spectacular. We arrived about 10:30am and we left around 4pm, so we spent the whole day letting Peter, Heath and others just like them help make our dreams come true. I must say I have purchased over 4 vehicles in my life time and this by far is the best experience I have ever had. I won't go anywhere else for the service maintenance on my vehicle except JM Lexus. When I saw a car on the web I sent in a request to test drive and learn more about the car. Mike Robbins was an outstanding salesman and very professional from the moment we walked in the door. He knew many of the features in the car and took care of us from test drive to the end of our transaction. Chris May handled our finance portion of our sale and he was by far the best person we've ever dealt with when applying for financing. When we left, we truly felt we had received the best service and deal on our vehicle. Our experience was so fantastic, that 3 weeks later we returned and purchased a 2nd vehicle from Michael and Chris and had a great experience again. Great experience converting lease to purchase I was debating purchasing/leasing a new Lexus or buying my existing one. I started looking at new cars, but I could not find the model/color combinat I was debating purchasing/leasing a new Lexus or buying my existing one. I started looking at new cars, but I could not find the model/color combinations and loved my car so I opted to convert the lease to a purchase. I spoke with John Ercolano and he provided me with different options for the conversion including the Lexus Certified Pre-owned (CPO) option with extended warranty. John was extremely professional and provided me with all the answers to my questions and more. There was a minor issue with a tire price match and John followed up and was able to meet the quotes I received. He was great to work with and the time at the dealership was reduced due to all the preliminary information. Great experience. More

Both times nobody could find the the car listed on the site, finally finding the car I wanted they convinced me they had a better one and asked to wait a few days, wanted to put a deposit down and they said no need to the car will be mine. In short if there was a car it was sold along with the one I originally wanted and then they call and ask if there is anything they can do to earn my business......lol. Yes be honest, trustworthy businessmen and conduct yourself in a professional way.... My advice is to find a lexus dealer who treats you fairly More
