I really felt they were interested in making sure I understood all of my options and helping me exercise the very best one for my wants and needs. John Ercalano patiently "walked" me through the purchase-off-lease process. I was then introduced to Leah Oren, business manager. Leah was again just expert at helping me determine additional options. She even took the time to counsel me on a better insurance plan that ended up saving me hundreds of dollars! I would be remiss if I did not mention Candace, who checked me out. Candace, like John and Leah made me feel like family. Candace even insisted on finding a service person to reprogram my car to lock automatically to "keep me safe." This is just an A++ team of professionals that obviously love where they work, who they work for and who they work with. As a result, I had an A++ expereince. More

The entire staff was friendly, professional and handled everything smoothly. But the person, Alex Bondarvesky, showing me the car, explaining the features and options and closing the deal is probably more knowledgeable, friendlier and more helpful than any person I've ever experienced dealing with any purchase in my entire life, and I'm old. He took me out on a test drive, and as mentioned explained all the features, not that I could remember all. When I picked up the car, he gave me about an hour's one-on-on training session, and told me he expected to see me a few more times for help, he'd always be available. After a couple/few weeks, he actually contacted me, asked how I was doing, and suggested another training session, which we had. Just recently, I was having trouble listening to my Pandora music thru my car stereo system. He made an appointment and actually came to my house at my convenience. He arrived exactly on time, easily fixed the problem and explained what I was doing wrong.. He left with a smile and told me with all sincerity to contact him with any further questions, issues and or problems.
