I wasn't bullied. I was definitely not looking to make this transaction, but I really wanted the vehicle. I first dealt with Skip (Joel Robinson) over the phone, then came to the dealership and he showed /explained the vehicle to me. Next we went for a test drive. When we returned we began putting the deal together. Mr. Heath Ewing, the Sales Manager gave me a courtesy with the trade in. Robert Collins, Senior Business Manager, found me the financing rate, warranty, and maintenance package. Being a widowed women in my fifties this gives me relief if anything goes wrong. Thank you JM Lexus for taking excellent care of me, I'm not use to this type of care buying a preowned vehicle! I've had past experiences with other Dealers/Manufactures, that when I left the dealership I thought everything was good, until my first service when I found out dates and deductibles were incorrect.
