We found the pre-owned car we wanted at this dealership, but had concerns about being from out of town and not having the ability to do the deal in person. Phenomenal service. Was in a tough bind with time crunch and Conrad helped us out. We were stressed out after our tire blew up on the highway. I was very happy with the service at JM Lexus . The sales associate made me feel at home by answering all my questions, showing me all the cars I wanted to see, invited to have something to eat and drink and associate made me feel at home by answering all my questions, showing me all the cars I wanted to see, invited to have something to eat and drink and took me to the car that he thought I would like after talking to me about what I wanted and color I preferred.
