I have been a Lexus owner for over seven years. It was my very first visit to the JM Lexus Service Center because I live in Palm Beach County and was traveling from Naples, FL when a problem occurred. My family and I arrived at the service center at 4:15 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. We were very thankful that we had made it there prior to their closing at 5:00 p.m. We were greeted with warmth and kindness from the moment we entered the service center. They reminded me of why I chose to purchase a Lexus vehicle many years ago. In particular, the customer service that I received from Dominick Digirolamo and Bob Boumel was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best possible service. I was overwhelmed at how being a first time customer at their location, felt as though I had been servicing my vehicle there over the years. We had such an excellent experience and were so impressed that we came back the following week and met again with Mel and Aryeh and leased a new 2012 IS250.
