Exceptional to the point of hard to believe!!!! My wife and I saw the Lexus 2010 Matador Red LS460L that we purchased on line within an hour of it being posted; it was the car we had been searching My wife and I saw the Lexus 2010 Matador Red LS460L that we purchased on line within an hour of it being posted; it was the car we had been searching for. We spoke first with Dan Phillips, our exceptional sales person, on an on line chat. Dan was so helpful and friendly and worked so well with us. Dan put us in touch with Chris May to work out the details of the deal of which we were very happy about. We had a 2004 Lexus LS430 that was in time capsule shape that we wanted to trade and both Dan and Chris took our word over the phone about the condition of our LS 430 (that meant a lot to us). You see we live in Mt. Juliet, TN which is about 900 miles away. We drove all night and arrived the next day; we also brought our dog, Dawson. We were so welcomed when we arrived; it was genuine too... like meeting old friends. Very professional; paper work all done, etc. Michael Cook, our Delivery Specialist, would not let us leave until we had all our questions answered about the car. He not once rushed us and was very friendly as well. He also put us down some protective sheets on our car mats!!!! Dan Phillips has called us 3 times since we have been back home.
