Great job by all, Sales - Maury Brodsky, John Ercolanon / Service - Jason Cefalo Leased a 2008 RX which I just bought off my lease and about to buy a 2011 RX as well. I was searching for the right car with the right price for awhile. After narrowing the cars down to 3 at 3 different dealerships I chose the one at JM Lexus. The other 2 offers were good but because of the customer service I got from Gary my gut told me to go with them. I was right! They gave me more for my trade and Gary promised he would make the deal work for the price I needed and he did! Gary is an excellent sales person and loves where he works and what he does, it is very evident and it makes you feel more comfortable that you are getting a good used car. One of the dealerships I had in mine was only 3 hrs from my home, I drove 8 1/2 hrs to buy this car from Gary and I am so glad I did! More

Chris Ferrell was the nicest and most knowledgable salesperson that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I had an unfortunate experience with a different salesperson that I felt was not at all salesperson that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I had an unfortunate experience with a different salesperson that I felt was not at all familiar with your product, nor was he perfectlly truthful in regard to information pertaining to new or used cars. He fabricated when he could have been honest. My time was wasted, hopes were unnecessarily inflated, and I felt a level of frustration that practically brought me to tears. Richard Katz also played a role in making my experience at JM a positive one and I thank him for that. I will absolutely recommend your dealership and Chris. More

I have purchased cars for quiet sometime and this dealership has the best customer service I have ever been to. Steve followed up on every problem that I had. Khaled was very helpful throughout the process of my car purchase. He was able answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable of the car i was looking to purchase as well as the others I compared it to. purchase. After dealing with several Lexus dealers and not getting the deal I was looking for in price for the new RX350 I decided to email JM Lexus and see what offers they had. Within 30 min of emailing them I rec the deal I was looking for in price for the new RX350 I decided to email JM Lexus and see what offers they had. Within 30 min of emailing them I received a phone call from one of the online car salesman Alex Bondarevsky. All I can say is from that moment on the costumer service was above and beyond my expectations. He was friendly and was very pleasant to speak to. I told Alex I didn't want to waste his time or mine if I wasn't able to get the deal that I wanted which was trading in my 2008 RX350 and getting the new 2010 with the same monthly payments I was currently paying. He was honest with me from the beginning and told me he would try his best on giving me the deal that I was looking for. Over the phone I told Alex the color I wanted and all the other information he needed to make this a smooth transaction. I made an appointment with him for the following weekend. I'm happy to say I left there with my new 2010 RX350 with the same payments I was making on the 2008.It was worth the hour drive from Miami. I would definitely return to JM Lexus and recommend my friends and family. More
Car shopping is not everyone's favorite thing to do. It takes a lot of research, finding the right dealership, and then trusting the right person to handle everything for you. After stopping in the Audi, Infiniti and Mercedes Dealership, we came to JM Lexus and met Gary Catronio. Being in sales management I can identify when someone believes in their product, loves their company, and is passionate about what they do. Gary is that person. His follow through is excellent and he's just the type of guy you will always do business with. Three months after buying our RX350, he still keeps in touch. The dealership is the best in class to deal with, and I would highly recommend it. More
Cynthia was wonderful. I had a very bad experience coming to the dealership from Naples. As soon as I arrived, she took great care of me. She is very knowledgable on the vehicle I purchased.
