I had my car towed overthere because it could not start. I received a call from him next day that my car had broken timing belt but the engine was fine and It would cost me over a thounder dollars to fix it I received a call from him next day that my car had broken timing belt but the engine was fine and It would cost me over a thounder dollars to fix it. I asked him that my car will be OK after that and he said yes. He already tested by hand. Afer I picked up the car, I had to send it back to have it redianogsised because it made strange noise and less power. I was told that the motor was burned and they can give me the estimate for the new engine after I spent over thousand dollars. They refused to be responsible for their work even I asked them that if I had to change the new engine why I had to spend money for new timing belt.They said they cannot do anything. My hunband bought a car there last year but we won't do it again. More

Brought my new car in to J. M. Lexus because I had inadvertently driven too close to some shrubbery, and there was a long mark (smewhat like a long scratch) on the the side of my car.
