Upon arriving to JM Lexus service department to have my 2007 350 LS Lexus repaired, I found the service to be prompt and friendly. I had no problem communicating with the Service Manager, "Mr Ed Bienkowsk 2007 350 LS Lexus repaired, I found the service to be prompt and friendly. I had no problem communicating with the Service Manager, "Mr Ed Bienkowski." Mr. Bienkowski understood the problem I was having with my vehicle... wrote up the paperwork and was on my way in little time to my job in a loaner. During the time of service, Mr. Bienkowski called me to explain the problem with my automobile... it was being worked on and it would be delayed a day. . Withyour prompt and friendly service. Excellent service visit, although the cost for the service was over-priced, in spite of how Lexus wants to rationaize it, I.e. labor, time, etc. For a clean and well maintained vehicle such as mine, t service was over-priced, in spite of how Lexus wants to rationaize it, I.e. labor, time, etc. For a clean and well maintained vehicle such as mine, the cost was excessive. The service personnel, from the Mgr, to the hands-on rep, Brian Frometa, to Barbara in the boutique who held some touch-up paint for me for several weeks before I arrived for my service visit, thye were etremely courteous and helpful. I have been purchasing Lexus cars since 1989. In Florida more recently and New Jersey up until last year. My current experience was the best experience yet. There was not any competitiveness amongst the sales people - they all wanted to make sure that the customer (me) was happy and comfortable. Most of all I learned more about my car (Rx350) this week than ever before thanks to Alexander. This is my 5th(?) Rx 350, I have also owned the IS 250 and the SC 450 at the same time that I owned or leased an Rx 350). Alexander goes beyond the call of duty when it comes to making a consumer comfortable with all the technolosy the car offers. His passion for the car is transparent and contagious. More

(My truck contained a few aftermarket modifications which made estimating the value difficult.) I did not feel pressured to buy during the process, and when there were issues with the negotiations, ie. the trade value, I was typically asked what I thought could be done to resolve the issue. All of the staff I dealt with, from the greeter at the door to the "delivery specialist" that set me up in the new car, were courteous and helpful. I'd definitely recommend stopping by JM if you're in the market for a Lexus. More
