I had a very positive experience with the purchase of my CT200h that I saw on the JM Lexus website. I called Mike a few times with questions and was he was very professional. He responded to me without sales pressure and returned my call within minutes when I left him a message. When I came to see the car, I was pleased that Mike did not pressure me to look at other vehicles and concentrated on the car in which I expressed an interest. He did show me the difference in similar models, however. I was very nervous about the test drive (been driving a 2006 Honda Civic) and Mike was very patient with me. Although I did not use any of these amenities, I liked that a free car wash is always available; a Lexus vehicle is offered if a repair takes longer than two hours and there are two areas to wait for your car -- a quiet rest area and a general area with a café. Not important, but it is a nice touch to have complimentary individual coffee and cookies/snacks for customers. The financing went very smoothly and Andrew Brand did the paperwork with superior efficiency. JM also have a designated person to go over all the details of the car and he hooked up the blue tooth/phone immediately. I was very happy that I did not need do-it-yourself instructions. JM Lexus is a nice dealership and I would recommend it. In fact, I was recommended to JM by a couple who got their Lexus there. More

It's a product people can trust. Second, JM Lexus is a top notch dealership. Courteous and professional, this is the third car my family has purchased from the dealership over the past ten years. In an age where everyone has information at the fingertips and any car they want is just an internet inquiry and a shipping charge away, those dealerships that thrive deliver something more - an experience you can't find anywhere else. On this mark JM Lexus delivers. Finally, the dealership is only as good as the people who work there, and there needs to be a fit between people and product; you need to be able to trust the people as much as you trust the product. Winston and Jaime proved to be great extensions of the Lexus brand and the JM Lexus dealership. Winston was prompt and targeted in his response to my initial inquiry and worked closely throughout the process with us to match us with the Lexus that best fit our needs. And Jaime was open and transparent with the numbers; he offered up options like an extended warranty and prepaid maintenance, but left the decision in our court and encouraged us to weigh those options based on how long we planned to keep the car, where we typically get our cars serviced, etc. We appreciated his honesty. He got us to closure on the deal quickly. Closing, it's a great time to like cars. There are a lot of great makes and models out there. But whereas automobile brands are working hard to bring new and exciting cars to market, many dealerships and the people that work there feel stuck in the past. The customer experience falls flat; the promises and promotions designed to get you in the door simply don't apply to what you're looking for. JM Lexus is on the other side of this equation; Winston and Jaime proved that in every interaction with them. When considering a Lexus - or any number of brands for that matter if you're in the market for a pre-owned model - JM Lexus should make your short list. More

I was surprized at how JM Lexus does business; no typical sales pressure whatsoever. No "brow beating" or "checking with my manager". No beating you to purchase other services; they simply ask if you would like to purchase any of their extedned services, and the answer was the answer. Period. Friendly. Helpful. Able to answer all questions. The purchase was a great experience. Dario and Bob could not have been nicer, and the dealership is beautiful. As part of our used car purchase, Dario gave us the Grand Tour of their service center and new car sales dealership. Very impressive! After the purchase we were introduced to Gary, who showed us all the features of our "new" RX350. He even programmed the car to our personal preferences, and took the time we needed to know how everthing works. Gary even gave us his phone number in case we had any questions in the future, and showed where we can find videos and information from Lexus to do anything our RX is equipped to do. I've never had another dealer with a program such as JM to show us the details of the new or used car. I can see why JM is the largest Lexus dealership in the world. Since I had a very good experience 10 years ago I decided to return.to the same dealership. It was not exactly the same. It was even better. Winston was a gentleman and very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with the whole procedure. He had me drive the car, showed me all the dials, etc and answered all my questions. Jaimie gave me all the finance information, etc. and was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me for anything.additional. He was very thorough. Michael, the delivery specialist was patient and delivered all the necessary information that I needed to feel confident and comfortable . Everyone at the dealership is friendly, even if I was not directly involved with them re my car. More
