Chico is THE BEST! I bought a pre-owned es350 in September and the car was fantastic. I bought it when it rained and the next day is when I started to hear a very tiny noise coming from the rear win September and the car was fantastic. We took it back to the dealer with Chico from the pre-owned department service, and not only did he fix the problem, he offered us to bring it back at any time we feel the problem should continue and gave us a loaner during the fix. We are extremely satisfied with JM lexus and cannot wait to buy a second lexus there. You're investing in more than a car, the service here is PRICELESS, everyone is super amazing and treats you like a king. I would never buy another lexus anywhere else but here, and I live 50 minutes away from the dealer, GO FIGURE! I'm taking all my oil changes and repairs here now and in the future!! More

I saw the Lexus Rx350 on the internet while searching on Craigs List. I had never been to JM lexus before. I did not want to be bothered with any sales persons, but I really wanted to see the vehicle in per Craigs List. I had never been to JM lexus before. Alan Webster was the best, he made me feel at ease and did not pressure me in any way to buy the vehicle. I have gone back on several occasions to the service department and there is not a bad thing that I can say. JM lexus you are the best and I will recommend your company to everyone that I know. P.S. there is only one thing that I regret and that is not getting my payments lower than what I got, but overall I am still satisfied!! More
