The process of bringing in my 2008 LS 460 for servicing was fast, professional and seamless. Mr. Backer greeted me as I was rolling up at my appointment time. It took less than ten minutes to go through a long list of issues, some of which were difficult to explain, but Mr. Backer intuitively understood the problem, wrote up the work ticket, and got me into a loaner car in a very short amount of time (less than 20 minutes total between time of arrival with my LS, and time of departure in a loaner, much faster than I had estimated). The car was in for a few days, but Mr. Backer kept me current with the status of the multiple repairs.It was a very nice experience. More

I had been searching for a Certified 2011 Lexus ES 350, I had been searching for a Certified 2011 Lexus ES 350, when I discovered my dream car at JM Lexus in Coconut Creek, Florida. I spoke to Jaime Gait I had been searching for a Certified 2011 Lexus ES 350, when I discovered my dream car at JM Lexus in Coconut Creek, Florida. I spoke to Jaime Gaitan, the Product Specialist, and set up an appointment to meet with him the next day. Although I live in Naples, Florida, I had no problem driving to the other coast to see the car. I'm so glad I did. The car was even nicer than I imagined and after the Test Drive, Jaime walked me through the process so that I could drive it off the lot the same day. I then had a meeting with Heath Ewing, the Sales Manager, and after agreeing on the price for the car, he took care of all of the paperwork. It was a very relaxed process, and Heath was extremely professional. While Heath was completing the paperwork, I had a meeting with Gary Catronio, the Delivery Specialist. Gary explained how the various options worked on the car, and I felt very comfortable driving the car home while enjoying the Navigation System and XM Satellite Radio. One might think that once you drive a car off a Dealer's Lot that with the exception of service, you won't hear from them again. That's not the case at JM Lexus. Both Jaime and Gary have called to see if I had any questions and to make sure that I was enjoying my new car. I was extremely impressed with my experience at JM Lexus. I would highly recommend this dealership to potential customers. I know that I will be back again. More

I initiated my purchase online. I first came into contact with Michael Robbins and Reggie Johnson the business manager. They explained everything carefully and were hospitable. I made a selection online and directly afterwards Reggie overnighted the documents to my home in South Carolina. A week later I flew to Florida to pick up the car. Gary Catronio picked me up from the airport and drove me straight to the dealership. I was given a tour and taken to the lot to pick up my car, but while I was on the lot I decided I liked one of the other colors more. Reggie and Gary made the switch worry-free and easy. I was offered food and cappuccino to make my wait during the final car detailing more pleasurable. These guys definitely made the process of buying my first automobile as stress-free as possible. I recently graduated college and bought the car through Lexus' recent college graduate program. This experience will definitely make me a lifetime buyer of Lexus Automobiles. More
