Idiots and unaccountable.for their screw ups Bunch of incompetent idiots! They screwed up the paperwork for my car and because of it I have to pay a lump sum for the taxes of over $2000 because t Bunch of incompetent idiots! They screwed up the paperwork for my car and because of it I have to pay a lump sum for the taxes of over $2000 because they mistakenly filed me as a lease instead of a purchase. And the finance directory Robert Collins couldn't care less. He straight up said "yeah it's our fault we messed up but you're the one that has to pay" I'll never buy another car from this dealership again and I'll make sure no one I know does either. More
