My wife had been looking to replace her 2002 Lexus SC430 for something that could transport the grandchildren safely. We drove down from the Tampa Bay area on Saturday the 15th, and arrived later than anticipated. Alan had it all set up ahead of time for the purchase to be processed in a very minimal amount of time; however, what he didn't know was that before she committed to the car, she wanted to look around. As a result, all the work Alan had done getting the silver RX350 ready for us was negated, because she now wanted a red one. Alan was very professional in handling this last minute change, including having the red RX350 processed thru detailing and inspection one last time before releasing it to us. The whole process was very smooth, and we were very impressed with both Alan's handling of the whole matter, and with the dealership itself. It was a pleasure dealing with Alan and JM Lexus, and we will highly recommend both to our family and friends when they are looking for a new or pre-owned Lexus. My wife is very happy with her choice of vehicle, and the ride back to Tampa Bay in it was very comfortable even though it rained most of the way. John W. More
Yesterday (5/14/11) I had an appointment with Mr. Webster at JM Lexus in Margate, FL. I arrived a about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and he was there, waiting to meet with him. As he was in the middle of a negotiation with another client, he and one of his colleagues came over to me. He introduced himself as well as his colleague (Tye Fowler) and informed me that his previous appointment was going over the schedule time, and asked if it was okay for Mr. Fowler to fill in on his behalf; instead of having me wait until he completed his prior appointment. Mr. Fowler was very pleasant, very respectful, referring to me as Ms. Ferguson. He offered me complimentary drink and cookies. He took me for a test drive, gave me a tour of the facilities and discussed the bill of rights. Throughout the contact he was very pleasant, ensured I was comfortable with the process and took his time to explain anything I did not understand. He was very knowledgeable of the dealership and the products. As we know purchasing a car can time consuming, but because he was so attentive and communicated with me every step of the way, it really did not seem as long. He also ensured if I was hungry and ensured that lunch was provided. I must thank Mr. Webster, Mr. Fowler, the business manager and the finance manager for making this process so pain free. They went over the details of the financing and what my options were. Thank you JM Lexus for employing such courteous, knowledgeable and understanding staff members. JM Lexus has been well known for years here in South Florida, as they are a high profile dealership and advertise extensively. I was skeptical as to whether the actual customer experience could possibly Florida, as they are a high profile dealership and advertise extensively. I was skeptical as to whether the actual customer experience could possibly be as good as the advertisements indicate. I had been looking at luxury cars, and was considering the Infinity G-37, The Buick LaCrosse, the Hyundai Genesis, and the Lexus ES 350. After visiting the other three dealers, I turned my attention to the Lexus. I had seen the car at the Ft Lauderdale Auto Show, and put in a request for a brochure. Although I wouldn't be buying for quite some time, Eve Bandolik sent me out the literature, and followed up with a personal phone call. In October, my wife and I went to the dealership to look at the car and were met there by Eve. The dealership is magnificent, and we were given a thorough tour of the vehicle as well as the safety features. We were then given a test drive, and a thorough tour of the service facility. It was decided that my vehicle would need to be special-ordered, and that it would take 90 to 120 days. Eve was able to work out an outstanding deal and we ordered the vehicle. During the next several months Eve kept us informed as to the progress of the vehicle, and in late January provided us with a production date of February 25th. In the interim, she met with me and arranged for me to meet with J.C. in the detailing department to select window tinting. So that it could be done prior to the delivery of the vehicle. Eve was an excellent guide throughout the process, advising me of when my vehicle would arrive at the port, and making arrangements for the final delivery. When we went to JM this past Saturday for delivery we were greeted by Eve along with Justin Warner, the Sales Manager. The delivery process was flawless. I was offered excellent financing terms through Lexus Financial Services, and met with the Finance Director Lance Digges. Once everything was signed, Eve took us out to the car and took the time to thoroughly explain all of the technical devices in the car including the navigation, voice recognition, audio system and cruise control. It was a lot to absorb, but Eve was in no hurry to let us go until she was sure we were satisfied. I have found JM Lexus to be a first class organization, and each and every employee there works as a team to assure the most enjoyable buying experience possible. If you are in the market for a Lexus, I highly recommend that you go to JM. If you don't go there first, make sure you pay a visit before you buy anywhere else. You won't be disappointed. More
I was conducting a nationwide search looking for a CPO '08 GS460 with low miles. Naturally, I wanted a "cream puff" at the lowest price. I'm in Atlanta and shopped all the dealerships here, and while I '08 GS460 with low miles. Naturally, I wanted a "cream puff" at the lowest price. I'm in Atlanta and shopped all the dealerships here, and while I found a few nice ones I was shocked at the $$ they were asking. So, I went to the internet and searched coast to coast. I found a car that, by the pictures, looked like it was brand new w/26k miles. Ok, so I found a few of those, but the price was the lowest low mileage car for 2000 miles. I immediately thought "whats wrong with it"? I picked up the phone and called JMLexus and was put in touch with Gary Catronio. Gary is a really likable guy with a passion for making customers happy. Not like most car guys. But JM Lexus is not like most car dealerships. They actually "care" about their customers! Gary went over the car with me, describing it in detail and assuring me the car looked better in person than in the photos and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. In fact, the car went through the CPO program and was serviced, conditioned and certified with flying colors. I was a little nervous buying a car on line. Gary made the difference. His efforts to answer all of my redundant and annoying questions over multiple calls really put my mind at ease about the car. I still can't believe I bought a car online, but we got the paperwork done and he shipped the car to Atlanta. Look folks, I'm as paranoid as anyone about getting screwed over with crappy merchandise. But when that car arrived, it was EXACTLY as Gary said it was. A three year old car with 26k in beautiful condition with nary a ding on it! It runs perfect, drives perfect and looks perfect. And I am one picky SOB. The experience didn't end with receipt of the car. Gary has followed up on a consistent basis to make sure that I'm enjoying the car and have no issues. He is not afraid to put his reputation on the line folks, and wouldn't do it if he didn't believe in his product. I highly recommend Gary for your next car purchase. He is a solid car guy with a ton of knowledge and is honest and upfront about every aspect of the deal (don't let the NY accent throw you off, haha!). :) More

I was greeted with nice people after nice people I sat down and while I was waiting for my credit report the lady behind the bar offered me a delicious sandwich and cup of soda after the meal I finish and tech came out showed me all the gadgets and goodies and I was on my way home with a full stomach. Our JM Lexus salesperson, Jean Laurent, was extremely professional, courteous and helpful to a point where it was not to be believed in this day and age of indifference to customers! My wife and I arriv professional, courteous and helpful to a point where it was not to be believed in this day and age of indifference to customers! My wife and I arrived at JM Lexus rather late in the evening during a weekday, so the process of purchasing the car went into the late evening. Jean was more than happy to show us the new car showroom, the service department and the many, many amenities offered to JM Lexus customers. We could not believe that he had the energy to even consider taking the time to show us the entire facility. With our trade-in BMW X5, plus a small down payment, the Sales Manager, Heath Ewing, made it possible for my wife and I to drive off in our dream car, a Lexus RX 350. We have never enjoyed purchasing a new car so much as we did at JM Lexus. Thanks to Jean Laurant and Heath Ewing we are now committed customers of JM Lexus for life.
