Our salesman did a very good job as did the product specialist, Maury Brotsky. We were treated as if we were one of the family and called us a number of times after we brought the car home to see if there was anything that we and/or they forgot to mention. This is our 4th or 5th lexus from this dealer and we keep going back because of the service they offer us and how you are treated. We couldn't ask for more. He is easy to deal with & anxious to be helpful. He was very efficient in coordinating the process & we would definitely deal with him in the future. I had not previously met Jeffrey Felder or Adam Sheldon, but they too were efficient & helpful.Jeffrey put together all the paperwork & explained anything we didn't understand. Adam showed us how the new innovations worked, especially the GPS. He invited me to call if I had further questions.
