Our salesman did a very good job as did the product specialist, Maury Brotsky. After the salesman leased us the ES350, the product specialist took over and went over all aspects of the car and answere specialist, Maury Brotsky. He was very knowledgeable and all people concerned with the leasing of our new car were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. We were treated as if we were one of the family and called us a number of times after we brought the car home to see if there was anything that we and/or they forgot to mention. This is our 4th or 5th lexus from this dealer and we keep going back because of the service they offer us and how you are treated. We couldn't ask for more. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. More

I was turning in a 2011 Lexus & leasing a 2013. We already have a 2012 under lease & have been dealing with JM Lexus for many years. Maury Brodsky was our sales rep & we dealt with him because our pr already have a 2012 under lease & have been dealing with JM Lexus for many years. Maury Brodsky was our sales rep & we dealt with him because our previous experience with him was very good. He is honest, knowledgeable, cheerful & efficient. He is easy to deal with & anxious to be helpful. He was very efficient in coordinating the process & we would definitely deal with him in the future. I had not previously met Jeffrey Felder or Adam Sheldon, but they too were efficient & helpful.Jeffrey put together all the paperwork & explained anything we didn't understand. Adam showed us how the new innovations worked, especially the GPS. He invited me to call if I had further questions. From the time I walked in the door I felt very comfortable and when I met Ray Torres, my salesman, all my fears about my buying a car by myself went away. I then had a chance to road test the car. He was very patient in answering all my inqueries which made me very comfortable. I was also introduced to other members of his team. He has stayed in touch with me to see if I had any concerns and when I did he was ready, willing and able to assist me. Ray is truly an outstanding asset to your dealership.
