They set the standard for luxury auto sales and service. I live in Orlando and was in communication with several Lexus dealerships around the state. JM is by far the best. Ray Torres was my initial contact through the Internet Sales Dept. His prompt and courteous nature was the very reason I got started with JM in the first place. Emily Goertemoeller was the one responsible for working me the best possible deal I could find on a new GS350 Sport in the entire state. It was refreshing while negotiating from 3 hours away to have someone be so prompt and straightforward. It felt like she was working for me. If I could hire her I would. After the terms were agreed upon, Chris May listened twice as much as he spoke in wrapping up the final details. I really appreciated that. Up-sells are apart of the game. There's a professional way to go about it and they all have that down at JM Lexus. No unnecessary pushiness. Lastly Izzy Rentas ensured when coming in from out of town on a limited time span my vehicle would ready to go with everything I requested (tint, etc). The only other thing better than the price at JM Lexus is the service. If they say they're going to do something, they do it. They are the #1 Lexus Dealership in the world for a reason. Bought a certified pre owned 2011 Lexus IS F sport 12/10/14. My experience was excellent until I met Bill McDonald -Asst. Manager of Service department. The car had a slight cigarette smoke smell and 12/10/14. My experience was excellent until I met Bill McDonald -Asst. Manager of Service department. The car had a slight cigarette smoke smell and I scheduled an ozone treatment. I got an email that he was my service advisor. Went to the body shop asked specifically for him and Laurie escorted me to the service department. She was very nice, which was expected, my experience with everyone since I bought the car was positive. Laurie found him in the boutique area looking at greeting cards, we were standing by his desk. I told Laurie I'll wait for him and thanked her for her help. When he came back to his desk, I told him I have an appointment with him for an ozone treatment for my car. He reacted like, he had a big question mark on top of his head, was very cold and cocky. He said he does not have an appointment scheduled for me. I told him I received an email with his name and photo as my advisor. He did not smile nor offered to have someone else help me. I told him at this point, he made me feel like I was wasting his time so if he could just have someone else help me. He looked at me, stared at me for about 10 seconds and shook his head. I felt very uncomfortable and offended, I asked for a manager, he told me abruptly, "go to the middle console and ask for a manager" and he proceeded to go to my car. I was literally shaking at this point, spoke to Robert, the Manager and he said he will handle my issue personally. He was very pleasant, took me to the lounge and got me a glass of water. I was very shocked, and surprised at Bill McDonald's behaviour. He basically ruined my day and ruined my experience with JM Lexus, as well as ruin it for everyone at JM Lexus. More
Came in for a new set of tires for my LX450. Chris Van Vurst was the gentleman who helped me out and what a job he did. He not only met but exceeded my expectation of what doing business with a dealership Vurst was the gentleman who helped me out and what a job he did. Last week I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. Mr Catronio is a neighbor of mine and I had mentioned that I was looking for used vehicle. I cannot express how positive the the experience of purchasing this this vehicle was. Mr Catronio is a not only a great neighbor but he is great in his profession. It is refreshing to speak with someone who is knowledgeable about the product that he is selling and passionate about his work. He took the time to take me on a tour of the Lexus dealership. He introduced me to the several people that worked in different departments and showed me the special amenities that the dealership offered. All of the staff that I had encountered were exceptionally professional, courteous, and friendly. JM Lexus should be commended for their selection of individuals like Mr Catronio and the employees who represent the dealership in such a positive manner. More

Paolo Scalici made our Lexus buying experience what it was…. Awesome! My husband and I saw a new model Lexus IS on the road and decided to stop into the dealership to look at the car as a potential future was…. Awesome! My husband and I saw a new model Lexus IS on the road and decided to stop into the dealership to look at the car as a potential future car, once the lease on our current Lexus ES was up. Well, Paolo did a great job of explaining all the advantages and disadvantages of moving into a smaller car, but he was not pushy or manipulative, yet rather “real”. After test driving, we decided that the IS was in-fact too compact for our family needs. Paolo listened to our concerns and recommended that we test drive the GS 350 (F). He was very knowledgeable of the features and pointed out all the additional things that we could get in the GS that did not come on the IS, or on our ES. Low and behold, we ended up driving out of the dealership in a brand new GS! My only complaint was the lengthy financial/paperwork process, but that is to be expected. More
There are reasons why these guys are the largest Lexus dealer in the world. Being in an area with excellent demographics is not enough. These guys have an efficient sales system, well trained professional dealer in the world. Being in an area with excellent demographics is not enough. These guys have an efficient sales system, well trained professionals and stock to satisfy anyone's need. To top it all off the service is excellent, polite, and complete. I had a quote from another dealer. They made an effort to meet the deal, but where they excelled was when I realized the car was not the color my wife wanted when I got home with the car. I called the next day, and even though it was a huge hassle, they wanted me happy and since I only drove 14 miles, they traded the car for the correct color. I was both surprised and at the same time one can expect this kind of service from such a good dealership. I don't usually write reviews, but Jonathan, Daniel and Matthew made this such a positive experience I decided to join other happy customers and give them a recommendation. Want a Lexus....make sure you go by Jm Lexus, you will not be disappointed. More
we came to the dealership because we got an invitation to evaluate our car, get an umbrella and a starbucks gift card--when I called to make an appt to see what was left of the 2013 es 350--chris took my ca evaluate our car, get an umbrella and a starbucks gift card--when I called to make an appt to see what was left of the 2013 es 350--chris took my call and told me to ask for him--we did and he did a good job explaining the new car and showing us the inventory--we picked the car--then we met with emily to discuss paying outright verus leasing and we agreed to leasing and we finally reached what we thought was a fair market trade on our 2008 es 350--then we met with Matt who had us sign all the necessary papers. next susan asked us what stripes we wanted for the car and we picked these the car was to be ready for delivery on tues and when we got there, the stripes were not on the car and quite truthfully the car was not spiffy to take possession--so we had a loaner and told to come back on thur we did not want to take the car and told them we would be back at 12:30 on thursday the 10th of oct. we were to meet with the salesman, chris to show us the various things in the car--thurs 12:30--no chris, he could not be reached by cell phone and we waited for 1/2 hour to meet with anyone who would meet with us---we at that point wanted to forget the deal and leave with our car finally, dave falkenstrom said he was sent to go over the car with us--he took close to 2 hours showing us everything as we did not have blu tooth or a gps in out old car--if it weren't for him, we would have cancelled the car the car is very nice but we did not get the stripes we ordered--so why meet with susan and pick them out and be told she woudl have them on the first thing monday morning and the car would be ready early tues--it was a total mixup--mess, etc I just wish that David would get credit for our sale instead of chris as he was terrific and I would not think twice to call him and ask a question ant More
