Another Great Service Visit-- 25 years a Client I had another wonderful service experience this week. Ryan Chasteen promptly and politely took care of my Lexus for its 15K mile check-up. He offered a loaner-- and I was in and out in no time. And my car was ready just as he said it would be- time, price etc. He was a pleasure to deal with and he is a wonderful representative of the JM Lexus staff. I will definitely use Ryan as my Lexus service manager. While at my visit- I ran into David Morgan-- he was my original service writer 25 years ago with my first Lexus. I consider him a friend after all these years. He continues to watch over my service needs-- and those of my mom and in-laws as well. I saw the JM Lexus Mission Statement proudly & prominently displayed outside and thought it accurately described David. "..automotive experience that builds relationships that last a lifetime"... "with passion, pride and integrity." I have had the opportunity to drive lovely vehicles (including Mercedes & BMW)-- but i plan to stay with JM Lexus.
