We found the pre-owned car we wanted at this dealership, but had concerns about being from out of town and not having the ability to do the deal in person. The car is Lexus certified, so we knew it would be a quality vehicle. I was worried about doing the deal long distance, but he put my mind at ease. We had a great experience. Phenomenal service. Was in a tough bind with time crunch and Conrad helped us out. We were stressed out after our tire blew up on the highway. I was very happy with the service at JM Lexus . The sales associate made me feel at home by answering all my questions, showing me all the cars I wanted to see, invited to have something to eat and drink and associate made me feel at home by answering all my questions, showing me all the cars I wanted to see, invited to have something to eat and drink and took me to the car that he thought I would like after talking to me about what I wanted and color I preferred. As it turned out that was the car I eventually bought and that I love. So I was very happy how Alex Whitman took care of me. He also stated that if I need any help in the future to call him.
