Great team work! From the beginning it was a smooth process. I called Winston Walker, salesman, who's name I found in 39 reviews. I left him a voicemail telling him that I saw his raving reviews and wanted to purchase a Lexus IS250. I got a call back within the hour. I told him what I was looking for and he promptly sent my information to a sales manager (Omar) who worked out a proposal for me. Basically, I had the deal worked out to my satisfaction within a few hours. I completed the prequalification application online and the process had begun. From the beginning it was very different from the response and service I received at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Mind you, I'm much closer in proximity to the Pembroke Pines dealer but preferred the 40 minute drive to Margate due to the outstanding service I knew I would get at JM. Buying a car and a home are stressful enough, you don’t need the aggravation of a salesman that is too busy to call you back and get you the information you requested. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I was willing to pay, simple as that. These guys made it work. Once my husband and I arrived at the dealer, we were promptly greeted by Steven Hughes, Product Specialist. He took us out for a test drive and gave us a thorough review of the car’s features and performance. You have to ask for Steven Hughes, he is simply great. He is a car enthusiast and truly knows his product. We picked the IS-250 I wanted and then we proceeded to meet with Mike Thomas, sales manager, who went over all of our paperwork. The deal was done. I went back the next day to pick up my new car. A delivery specialist will walk you through setting up the electronics and show you how things work in the car. Herman was our delivery specialist. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me great tips on how to operate the car. Overall experience…a 10! Great job JM I will surely be coming back and sending all my friends and relatives to you! I have a minor disability which require me to walk with crutches, but when I sit in my GX I feel like I can throw them down and just run as fast as I want! More

a shout out to a fantastic employee had a great experience with all the employees I dealt with at JM LEXUS pre owned dealership,but one employee was so exceptional I must mention him by had a great experience with all the employees I dealt with at JM LEXUS pre owned dealership,but one employee was so exceptional I must mention him by name.to give a little background,when I bought a pre owned Audi there was only 1 key available.if I wanted a second key it would have cost me $400.00.Gary Catronio(the delivery specialist) went out of his way to get me that key from the previous owner.he made numerous phone attempts to reach them and didn't give up.this was over a period of several weeks and he never forgot about my issue.when he finally spoke to them he sent an addressed stamped envelope for them to use to return the second key.he called me several weeks after I bought the car to say he had the key.he went above and beyond since the car wasn't a Lexus and there was no legal obligation to provide me with that second key.i so appreciate his efforts.i now tout the JM Lexus dealership to everyone. More
