I have worked with Bob Boumel for the repair of my wife's Lexus SUV for two (2) major repairs. He is a hard worker who puts in long hours and is definately on top of his work! I admire people who excel at their chosen field and JM Lexus is lucky to have such a dedicated and knowlegeable worker. JM Lexus as a company has a plant that is by far the best I have seen. Their customer waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks, computers, televisions and even vibrating chairs. The tone for customer service rings throughout the men the greet you outside to the workers within. It is obvious to me that the customer is king at JM Lexus. Great job! More

My 2003 Lexus ES300 had sprung an oil leak. The service and the quality of your work was outstanding. It was a small leak, but a large problem. I was leaving for Thanksgiving holiday and planned on drivi and the quality of your work was outstanding. It was a small leak, but a large problem. I was leaving for Thanksgiving holiday and planned on driving to SC, over 1,200 miles/round trip. Bob Boumel checked the car, and would call me on a periodic basis to update me. He knew I was very concerned over the long drive ahead. He and the Technician, Lee Nelson were working together to solve the problem. After changing the oil filter they told me to take a loaner and they would further follow-up the next day to see if the leak had stoped. Lee test drove the car the following morning, all seemed well-and we were on our way. The care and concern shown at JM Lexus by Bob Boumel and Lee Nelson were to me, above and beyond. I just leased my fifth Lexus. All of my vehicles were leased from J M Lexus. I find the folks at J M Lexus to be very professional, courteous, and friendly....from the Sales Department to the Service Dep leased from J M Lexus.
