I have to say that the service was great, I was in the parking lot looking at the used vehicles and Ms. Angela came outside and introduces herself. I told her that I was just looking and I didn’t want to parking lot looking at the used vehicles and Ms. Angela came outside and introduces herself. After looking, I say a couple of the vehicles that I wanted to inquire about. I called her outside and gave her the VIN numbers and she research them for me. We went for a test drive and she explain all the features that that particular car had to offer as well as gave me a tour of the JM service center which was nice. Then we went inside for her to explain the different options that they can offer me. After a few minute she came back with an offer that I could not refuse as well as way more option than I was anticipating. I got a navigation system and a Mark Livingston sound system for the same price. I have to say that they went over and beyond to satisfy my needs as a customer. This was the first vehicle that I bought that took about an hour to handle the entire process. After I bought the car she went out of her way to give me a 101 on the different gadgets and showed me how to operate them. I will definitely be a customer for life. I have used JM Lexus for the past three years to service my RX350 which was purchased elsewhere. The staff has always been courteous and professional. I recently decided to buyout my lease and was steered to the original dealership to complete the paperwork. The dealership originally wanted $680 just to make the transfer in title. When I called JM Lexus I spoke with John Ercolano who very politely, efficently and at no extra charge, offered his services to assist me in purchasing my lease. Even though there was no commission to be made on the lease transfer, Mr. Ercolano was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process. He is a credit to JM Lexus, and JM Lexus is a credit to the auto industry. I won't be buying,leasing or servicing a Lexus anywhere else in the future. I strongly recommend JM Lexus and John Ercolano. More
