I was looking to buy a certified used Lexus on the internet and came upon JM Lexus website and I must admit in my 45 years of buying cars this was without doubt the very best experience I have ever ha internet and came upon JM Lexus website and I must admit in my 45 years of buying cars this was without doubt the very best experience I have ever had.I contacted Jaime Gaitan by the email and then talked with him by telephone.He is without doubt the most honest,cooperative professional sales person I have dealt with in many years. He took his time explaining the buying process(I was in Massachusetts) and assisted me above and beyond my expectations. When I flew into Florida to finalize the papers Jaime was at the dealership with everything ready to sign and drive away the car including the registration.I thank Jaime for the excellent service he gave me and highly recommend him to all who read this.
