Great experience converting lease to purchase I was debating purchasing/leasing a new Lexus or buying my existing one. I started looking at new cars, but I could not find the model/color combinat I was debating purchasing/leasing a new Lexus or buying my existing one. I started looking at new cars, but I could not find the model/color combinations and loved my car so I opted to convert the lease to a purchase. I spoke with John Ercolano and he provided me with different options for the conversion including the Lexus Certified Pre-owned (CPO) option with extended warranty. John was extremely professional and provided me with all the answers to my questions and more. There was a minor issue with a tire price match and John followed up and was able to meet the quotes I received. He was great to work with and the time at the dealership was reduced due to all the preliminary information. Great experience. More

Both times nobody could find the the car listed on the site, finally finding the car I wanted they convinced me they had a better one and asked to wait a few days, wanted to put a deposit down and they said no need to the car will be mine. In short if there was a car it was sold along with the one I originally wanted and then they call and ask if there is anything they can do to earn my business......lol. Yes be honest, trustworthy businessmen and conduct yourself in a professional way.... My advice is to find a lexus dealer who treats you fairly More
