Have always found JM Lexus to be fair and responsive to their customer - whether interacting with sails or service reps. John Hall shepherded our RX 350 through unusual warranty issues involving both n their customer - whether interacting with sails or service reps. John Hall shepherded our RX 350 through unusual warranty issues involving both navigation and air conditioning. The AC took considerable time, as the necessary part was difficult to find. John obtained a loner vehicle and kept us throughly informed as to the status of the repairs. John's "the man" for our service at JM Lexus. More

After we purchased the vehicle Gary took the time to set with us in the vehicle and go over how every feature of the Lexus worked & then programmed our cell phones to work over the vehicles bluetooth feature. Last month I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Robert Ripley, Express Service Advisor for JM Lexus, provided exceptional service to me during a battery / electrical problem I encountered in my Lexus LX47 Ripley, Express Service Advisor for JM Lexus, provided exceptional service to me during a battery / electrical problem I encountered in my Lexus LX470. Mr. Ripley was eager to expeditiously resolve the problem by discussing a plan to diagnostically check the electrical system to determine exactly why the relatively new battery was discharging. He was very personable and courteous to me during this process and made me feel like a valued customer. The JM Lexus team fixed the problem and there was no charge since the battery was still under warranty. More importantly, Robert treated me with respect and professionalism that will keep me coming back to him at JM Lexus knowing I will be dealt with honestly and fairly. More
My boyfriend and I decided to trade our car for a Lexus. We picked the ES 350 because of its great reputation in consumer guides. Buying a car is not our favorite activity, and we have had many poor and disheartening experiences in the past. I can most certainly attest that this time around it was a completely different event. Different in a surprisingly outstanding way. Jeff Life was the most courteous, knowledgeable,honest,sincere,and pleasant individual to do business with. We were astonished with overall presentation of the vehicle, the dealership and its amenities, and most of all the ease of doing business at this facility. Definitely a 5-star experience that has changed the way we feel about car shopping. It is amazing how one individual can have such an impact on the image of a car dealership and can change once perception of an entire industry as a whole. My first experience with Khaled Dandashi at JM Lexus was to purchase a low mileage almost new RX 350. I was trading in a car that had a high interest loan on it so this was not easy to do ! I love my car and it is now a year later. This past weekend I sold to JM Lexus a 2001 Lexus ( my second car ) that was paid off. Again, I was given the best deal and did not have to shop around nor feel like I had to sell it myself to get the best price. This is my dealership for life. Although I am a GM in another industry, the car business is totally foreign to me so I so appreciated the help and attention that I received from Khaled and JM Lexus.Personalized service at it's best.
