From beginning to end it was a pleasure to deal with the staff at JM Lexus. My sales guy Mel Maklan was such a sweet and down to earth gentleman knowledgable and professional. Sales manager Mike Paliotta stresslessly worked with me to get exactly the price point I wanted. The business manager Alex Chalastori was incredible. He was courteous, kind, professional and completely accommodating in every way possible. There was a slight issue which Alex handled beautifully and so impressively professional. He made me feel like I was family. And finally Darryl the delivery specialist exemplified integrity, product knowledge and courtesy. Negotiating made simple and easy I just thought I would head over to JM Lexus and look at a certified pre-owned 2013 Lexus LS 460L that I saw on their internet site as well as Cars.Co I just thought I would head over to JM Lexus and look at a certified pre-owned 2013 Lexus LS 460L that I saw on their internet site as well as Cars.Com. It was the color and model I desired with all the options I wanted as well. My 2007 Lexus LS 460 was close to perfect but it was getting on in years and I thought I might want to trade. Mike Robbins, a senior internet specialist, allowed me to take the car on a test drive and of course I loved it. Mike then introduced me to Brian Mintzer who is a JM Lexus sales manager who did the negotiating with me. He bent over backwards to get the price I was comfortable with including my trade-in. He was quite easy to deal with...professional and friendly...and the experience was so non-stressful...not the way I remember it at other dealerships. He even offered me a .9% financing rate for a used car! I didn't know they did that for pre-owned vehicles. I opted to pay cash but that low interest rate was awfully tempting. I can't write or say enough good things about this dealership. Dan, my tech specialist, showed me how to use all the cool new gadgets. Joey Mena, my service rep, is also great. Will definitely deal with these guys again. Keep making great quality cars Lexus!!! Oh, I forgot to mention, the car was in perfect condition...amazing for a pre-owned car. More
