I have tried to express my pleasure in the purchase of my used LS460, which replaced my 430, and to say what a wonderful experience I have had with your staff member, Winston Walker. I am not sure it was received and so I am doing it again. My wife and I had doubts, misgivings, and insecurities in switching to the car we bought. However we were able to making an informed decision purely on the basis of the information we were able to garner from Mr Walker. it did not take long for us to become comfortable in dealing with him. His professionalism shone through through and all our questions were aanswered. May I say JM Lexus is fortunate to have such a sales person as Mr walker. I will have no doubts in recommending any ony one to Mr Walker, if there choice is to purchase a Lexus. It is our habit, as human being, to say bad things about people and ignore the good things abou them. I believe we should always also say good things when it is warranted. Michael Robbins was so helpful to me. He had helped my niece with a Lexus and she told him what I was looking for and even wanting a certain color which isn't easy these days and kept in contact with me f niece with a Lexus and she told him what I was looking for and even wanting a certain color which isn't easy these days and kept in contact with me for sometime, which impressed me. He contacted me when the color was coming in to the dealership so I got first pick on the car before it even when out on the lot. That's what I call amazing! We love our new ES350 and highly recommend the team at JM Lexus. We started our car search on-line and then contacted Dan Phillips. Dan was extremely attentive and thorough. He put the car on hold for us and less than 24 hours later we had purchased the vehicle. There is a lot of technology offered with the ES. Since our purchase Dan has been extremely helpful in answering our questions. Post-sale he has been every bit as attentive as when he was working to close a deal. That's terrific personal service and what will keep us coming back to JM Lexus. More

I was treated very respectfully. No one was pushy during the buying experience and this is AAA+++. My 2013 Toyota Highlander looks brand new, and was a good deal. I would do business again with Dan Phillips at J.M. Lexus without hesitation. I definitely recommend JM Lexus to friends and family and to anyone wanting to be treated first class! Looking to upgrade from my 2004 Lexus IS 300, which I had gifted to my daughter. I knew the Mica Red 2012 model was available at JM Lexus, but was not comfortable with the long distance of the dealership from my home--275 miles. I could not envision how I would work a car purchase from such a distance. How would I finalize a price? What if I get there and didn't love something about the car------knowing I really want a specific model in a manual shift. Can't believe how efficient the whole process was. Michael Robbins answered my cars.com inquiry. Told me about the Certified Preowned car and then I had my next conversation with Andrew Brand about the price. I was given an exact price over the phone so that I was able to arrive with a certified check and the intent to drive the car home. I arrived in town via a one-way rental car. Michael picked me up at Enterprise and less than an hour later I was on my way home in my 2012 Lexus. The car was beautiful, in perfect condition and I have to say I was really 'wow-ed' by the attention to detail of everything from the friendliness of Michael, Andrew and Michael, the spotless dealership, and the knowledge of the product and the brand, the complete explanation of the options for extended warranty etc, and a feeling of really knowing the car as I drove it out of the dealership. Everyone I talked with was proud to work for Lexus. I'll buy my next one here. It was definitely worth the trip. More

After a couple of phone calls to set up an appointment, I decided to visit the dealer, Mike met me at door and was very pleasant and easy to talk to. During the test drive I noticed he is very knowledgeable of his job, after the test drive Mike gave me a tour of the establishment (dealer & service center) and all the benefits that are available to me as a customer. My experience with Mike Robbins was 100% satisfaction. Andrew Brand (manager) was also very attentive and knowledgeable with the financing. And also Michael Cooke the Delivery Specialist helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth and explained most of the car's features in a timely manner. Overall it was the best buying experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The new car which was a used car was spotless, and had new tires on it. I would never hesitate to deal with Mike or JM Lexus again. I love my new car and am proud to be part of the JM Lexus family! It was a wonderful experience! Joan Manuel More
