I have been a Lexus owner for over seven years. It was my very first visit to the JM Lexus Service Center because I live in Palm Beach County and was traveling from Naples, FL when a problem occurred. My family and I arrived at the service center at 4:15 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. We were very thankful that we had made it there prior to their closing at 5:00 p.m. We were greeted with warmth and kindness from the moment we entered the service center. They reminded me of why I chose to purchase a Lexus vehicle many years ago. In particular, the customer service that I received from Dominick Digirolamo and Bob Boumel was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best possible service. I was overwhelmed at how being a first time customer at their location, felt as though I had been servicing my vehicle there over the years. Because of the exceptional customer service, I have recently purchased a new Lexus vehicle and look forward to being a Lexus owner and customer for many more years to come. My wife and I were into the JM Lexus dealership on May 28, 2012. We met with Mel Malka who introduced us to Aryeh Fox. Mel and Aryeh were able to get us into a new 2012 RX350 for a lease payment that we could afford. Our lease experience on that day was extremely smooth, quick, professional and non stressful. We had such an excellent experience and were so impressed that we came back the following week and met again with Mel and Aryeh and leased a new 2012 IS250. The professionalism, knowledge and understanding Mel, Aryeh and the rest of the staff showed was second to none. I wanted to write and tell you how proud JM Lexus, JM Family and yourself should be that you have such a great staff. Mel, Aryeh, Phil, Daryl, Jeremy and John made our experience excellent. For most people the experience of buying a car is nerve racking and draining to say the least. Our experience with JM Lexus was nothing short of exceptional. I will definitely be referring Mel and Aryeh to all my friends/family in the market for a new car. I can't say enough about how happy my wife and I are with our new cars and our experience. More
Hello... Last Wednesday we traded our Youkon Denali in, (which we loved), because we no longer needed a vehicle of that size. We met with Robert Seeley who took care of all of the paperwork...and I mean al (which we loved), because we no longer needed a vehicle of that size. Then, we met with Ron Pezzino who then showed us the vehicle and followed up to make sure we were happy with everything, (even came over to get my garage door clicker in sync with the car garage door opener). Last but not least, we then went with Darryl who spent 2 hours with me, (my husband went home- comfortable knowing that I was in good hands), showing me how everything worked in my new Lexus RX 350.What a funny guy! They were all wonderful! I was really nervous about the whole thing because we have never owned a Lexus before. I tell you ....from the time I got into my new Lexus until now...(only one week later)...I feel like I am on vacation every time I get into it! Darryl also set a spa station up for me to listen to on speed scan..thanks Darryl!! (It's a good thing...because it is my vacation for the next couple of years!Ha!) Sid was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and extremely attentive. We arrived at the dealership late but he took time with us to make sure we were getting the vehicle we wanted. He stayed until we left (hrs after the dealership closed), made sure we were hydrated and had our share of cookies and even sent a picture of the family in front of our new CT200h before we left the lot. Hands down, this has been the best car buying experience we've ever had! We wouldn't hesitate to send others Sid's way as we know he will take excellent care of them. More

The process of bringing in my 2008 LS 460 for servicing was fast, professional and seamless. Mr. Backer greeted me as I was rolling up at my appointment time. It took less than ten minutes to go through a long list of issues, some of which were difficult to explain, but Mr. Backer intuitively understood the problem, wrote up the work ticket, and got me into a loaner car in a very short amount of time (less than 20 minutes total between time of arrival with my LS, and time of departure in a loaner, much faster than I had estimated). The car was in for a few days, but Mr. Backer kept me current with the status of the multiple repairs.It was a very nice experience. More
