From Mr. Green who greeted me upon arrival at Lexus for the recall of my cars floormats (he wanted to know if I wanted someone to give me an idea of what my car was worth) who then introduce me to Paolo Sc the recall of my cars floormats (he wanted to know if I wanted someone to give me an idea of what my car was worth) who then introduce me to Paolo Scalici , while my new favorite service person Bryan Draughton was writing up my service check and he could not have been nicer. Later in the day Arey Fox called by husband and the discusions began for me to lease a 2013 RX350. The following morning, my husband and I headed back to JM Lexus (they had given me a 2013 RX350 loaner car) and we talked with Paolo who was wonderful. He took us on the lot to find the right color and package of the vehicle I wanted. His manner and knowledge was great and he helped to make this a terrific experience. We then met with Arey who handled the negotiating and buying process in a very professional way. Robin Goldfein was efficient and helped to make the finance situation come to a timely conclusion. The man of the hour was Alex Bondarevsky!!!! He spent an incredible amount of time with me, teaching me how to use the navigation system and he programmed everything into the car. He was a true pleasure to deal with. I wound up having a problem with the apps screen in the car and I left him a message (I had already spoken to customer support) and Saturday evening (his day off), Alex called to try and help me - that is what you call above and beyond.
