I recently had the pleasure of working with the JM Lexus I recently had the pleasure of working with the JM Lexus dealership when I leased a 2013 RX350. From my initial greeting at the door by Michael I recently had the pleasure of working with the JM Lexus dealership when I leased a 2013 RX350. From my initial greeting at the door by Michael Paliotta to the final step with Delivery Specialist, Darryl Lewis familiarizing me with the incredible tech package that Lexus offers, I was treated with the utmost patience and respect. Michael was very knowledgeable and well versed in discussing each Lexus, pointing out the features and differences of each car we examined on the lot. After obtaining the basic information on each of the various models, I was introduced to Ray Noguera. Ray put me at ease with his extremely competent and reassuring information about the financing, keeping in mind that I had a well defined budget to work with. I appreciated Ray's very forthright approach to the financial packages that were available and the time he spent finding the one most suitable for my needs. The final step in signing my lease with JM was handled by Hieu Vo. Hieu showed exemplary skills as Senior Sales Manager efficiently completing the deal as well as communicating each facet of the lease agreement with me. There was not a single detail that I felt was not well explained. I was also reminded that if at any time I had questions or problems, that the JM Team would be there to answer them for me. This was extremely important to me as I had never purchased or leased a new car before. My fears of making this large decision on my own were allayed. The final and probably most daunting aspect of my new JM Lexus lease car was the very sophisticated "navigational system." This was especially challenging to me since my last Lexus was a 2001. There have been catastrophic changes in technology in 12 years! Darryl Lewis took as much time as I needed going through the basic operations of the system before I drove my new car out of the lot. He made certain that I was comfortable and relaxed operating my new car. His exemplary knowledge and natural teaching ability kept me focused and receptive to systems that are complex and sophisticated. Darryl's incredible sense of humor made the entire experience entertaining. It is so rewarding for me to feel competent using everything from Blue Tooth to SAT Radio, Nav Systems, Voice Commands, Phone Book Transfer, POI, and Safety Connect to name a few of the items we covered. Again, I was reassured that as questions arise with my new car, I would be welcomed back for additional tutoring, as was necessary. Upon leaving JM Lexus I felt as if I had been welcomed into a family rather than simply leasing a new car. I have lived in Lighthouse Point for 31 years and will happily tell my family and friends about the wonderful experience I had at JM Lexus. Kudos to those in charge of hiring such outstanding employees! More

Brought my 2010 IS350C in for oil change and while waiting, looked at new vehicles. Liked the new 2013 GS350 and within 45 minitues I had a deal on a new car. Michael Dubler was great in helping us pick the color and interior, but best was Alex Bondarevsky who spent so much time showing us how the 12.5" screen and steering wheel controls function.
