She also was very polite to us. I have never had this great of an experience buying a car. Truly a dealership that is dedicated to customer satisfaction and it shows. Gisella's knowledge of all the Lexus models was impressive as was her ability to make sure I knew everything about my car in complete detail. I would recommend this dealership for anyone seeking to buy a Lexus. This car is amazing from the interior to the body to the overall experience of driving this car. Brought my new car in to J. M. Lexus because I had inadvertently driven too close to some shrubbery, and there was a long mark (smewhat like a long scratch) on the the side of my car. Before I entered the Lexus dealership I knew I wanted my next leased car to be a Lexus. Then I began the search began to narrow as I checked with the Lexus dealer in Pembroke Pines. Once I had the information for my affordable choices, it was a short period of time that Mr. Hugh Vo entered the picture with the exact affordable/exceptional Lexus for me. In fact it exceeded my expectations for the luxury known as driving a Lexus and the hybrid feature pleased my husband greatly. John Eramo efficiently walked us through the lease papers etc. with humor to enhance our decision. Once we met Mr. German Afanador, we were all ready for his detailed explanation and he pre-programed the 2013 ES 300h, for our needs, as he very expertly demonstrated the finer points of what we had just leased. Yes, customer service, quality of work and friendliness of your employees made the overall experience exceptional AND the "price is right." Thank you so much. I'm still smiling. Buying experience could not have been better. Khaled is extremely professional, knowledgable and extremely easy to work with. Only showed me cars that met my specific requirements and took a no pressure a extremely professional, knowledgable and extremely easy to work with. He was able to answer any and all questions I had, and did a great job explaining the benfetits of the many features included in the car. He is a true professional. Jerry, the sales manager, did a great job handeling the paperwork, and again being sure I understood all the benefits available t0 me by buying at JM Lexus, making sure that I would take full advantage. Brian Mintzer the delivery specialist made sure I understood the functionality of the electronics in the car and programmed seat settings, paired my cell phone to the blue tooth and reiterated all theh features of the car before I drove off the lot. JM Lexus clearly sets increditably high standards for their employess and the three that I worked with exceeded those standards. I would clearly reccomend Khaled and teh entire organization to anyone in the market for a car. More

I want to say how HAPPY I am to have purchased my new Lexus from JM Lexus!! This is my 2nd car from JM Lexus. The entire experience was perfect. I called my previous salesman, Jaime Gaitan, and informed Lexus from JM Lexus!! This is my 2nd car from JM Lexus. The entire experience was perfect. I called my previous salesman, Jaime Gaitan, and informed him that I was ready for a new Lexus. Jaime informed me that he had been promoted but would have the VIP manager give me a call to set up our visit. His name, Jeff Felder. He was extremely helpful over the phone finding out our need with this new car. He then asked Jonathan Wulkan, the sales representative, to handle it from there. It appears cumbersome but just the contrary. The process was extremely smooth. We arrived for our test drive of the new GS 350 and it did not take long to figure it was one heck of nice car.Jonathan did an extraordinary job pointing out all the bells and whistles of this car. Now to the color selection. Unfortunately or fortunately they did not have the color combo that my wife wanted. Jonathan drove us all over the lot and searched for the color combo. Not to be. However, while that was going on my wife decided to be a little more flexible with the color choice and selected a different color...Which I love more then her original pick. She now agrees that the new color is the perfect color for this car. Next step, can we afford this beautiful car? Jonathan, then took us back to Jeff Felder to crunch the numbers. What would a car purchase be without one or two friendly arm wrestles? The pressure was ZERO. Jeff was a true gentleman and eager to get the deal done and have us drive home in our new car. Within 15 minutes we agreed to a wonderful deal. No hassle... no fuzzy math.... no non-sense. Very professional. I like to negotiate my deals,,, my wife on the other hand does not. Wife one..Husband zero. After the deal was done we then went and had some hot chocolate chip cookies awaiting the car to be cleaned up and readied to to take home. We were then introduced to John Ercolano (Jose)who had us sign all the papers. Again, no pressure to buy all the add ons and extras. Although nice to have just did not fit into my budget. By the way, Nice tie John... after signing a few papers it was off to meet Alexander Bondarevsky. Alex, is the car delivery Specialist. They should call him "Q" of James Bond fame.I felt like I was being instructed on how to use all the latest high tech equipment my GS 350 was equipped with. This guy knows his Lexus. From the radio to the navigation system. The lights, the seats, the air conditioner all on this car are super advanced. It would have taken me weeks to figure this out. Within 45 minutes I/we had a grasp of the system (Boy am I glad I had my 14 year old daughter to interpret since I don't speak tech.) It was so much to take it in but I had the concept and was ready to drive on home. It has been 5 days since then and I still could not be more satisfied. If only my wife would let me drive the car a little more..... Oh well, maybe I'll buy another. Over all 5 stars to all involved!! Thanks. More
