This made a very big difference for me since I was torn between two models Their intention is genuine; They want to place you In a vehicle that is reliable, safe, and trustworthy. Never did I feel rushed ... never did I feel as if they were taking advantage of me ... This I had never felt before. You don't feel like a customer..... you feel more like part of a family! I leased my first vehicle and have all intentions of going back after the term is over and releasing another vehicle. Little does JM Lexus know that the next time I go back we are not doing a one car deal but a two car deal! I will be keeping my current car and also taking advantage of the RX350!
