I was turning in a 2011 Lexus & leasing a 2013. We already have a 2012 under lease & have been dealing with JM Lexus for many years. He is easy to deal with & anxious to be helpful. He was very efficient in coordinating the process & we would definitely deal with him in the future. I had not previously met Jeffrey Felder or Adam Sheldon, but they too were efficient & helpful.Jeffrey put together all the paperwork & explained anything we didn't understand. Adam showed us how the new innovations worked, especially the GPS. He invited me to call if I had further questions.
