5 Star Service that made my Car Buying Experience Awesome! Being that I am in the Business of Customer Service now, and my entire work life I had to take the time to write this review because it was one that i Being that I am in the Business of Customer Service now, and my entire work life I had to take the time to write this review because it was one that is well deserved. I usually don't take the time to write these, but I felt compelled after coming home with my new GS350. My experience at JM Lexus was one that was beyond my expectations. I was very hesitant about going to a car dealership because of the annoying lengthy process and pushy salesmen that do not help you with the purchase, but push a sale on you. At least it has been quite a few years since I bought a car and that is how it was then. However, when speaking with Richie Meier after my initial call the process started to look a lot better, since I felt I would be taken care of because he listened to what I was looking for instead of telling me what they had first. Richie had extensive knowledge about the cars I was considering and all the options available when helping me decide what the best fit was. I was toured throughout the whole facility during my first test drive, which was very impressive to me that there is a system, and a Team to get everything done in an orderly fashion. Knowing that I will be able to have a loaner car while work is being done on my car is a big benefit for me because I have appointments throughout the day, and cannot sit around waiting. If I had to time I would love to enjoy the area where Lexus Owners get to wait for their car service to finish. The amenities that are offered to Lexus owners are outstanding, and not to be matched. After the tour I was introduced to the next player on the Team Brian Mitzner who assisted me in further knowledge about not only the car, but the financing and other available options that can add value to my car and protection at the same time. Not at one point did I feel I was being pushed to make a purchased on anything that I did not want, and Brian explained every aspect of the finance numbers while being thorough in doing so. After finalizing the paperwork before my departure I finally met Mike Cooke who sat there and help me set up the Bluetooth for the phone and show me how to navigate through the menus as well as showed me all of the offers for service via the book. He explained a lot of the new technology that I was not familiar with since my last car was a 2004 Toyota, which did not any of what the GS350 has. I was told that if I ever have questions come back and he would assist. That being said if you are in the market for a car and not sure which one, go to JM Lexus and meet the Richie/Brian/Mike Team and you will be happy once you leave in the new car. I am in the Real Estate Business, so customer service and follow up is how we stay in Business. I must say they get a 10 out of 10 rating from me, which is not one that I give out that easily. Richard Meier was phenomenal in explaining all this to me, while in the rain might I add; dedication at its finest. I was thoroughly impressed with the follow up and extra tidbits Mike Robbins provided in the process. We all wish we could get a great car for a small price, but nice things cost. Heath Ewing was patient and calm in explaining the price comparison, package and finance options. I became a bit settled after Gary Catronio showed me more of the technology features and unthinkable innovations. Lexus truly "showed out" with this model. I'm excited about my purchase. JM has a world renowned dealership. Good prices, Excellent vehicles, and a First Class Team with the understanding of customer service. Thanks guys! ~Kclarke More
What Buying a Car Should Be Like! As someone who has trained California state employees on subjects like Customer Service, Core Values, Workforce Diversity, and Strategic Planning, I a As someone who has trained California state employees on subjects like Customer Service, Core Values, Workforce Diversity, and Strategic Planning, I am always pleased to find outstanding service being offered by companies in the market place. My experience with JM Lexus was excellent and consistent. Let me be more specific: First, Peter Santovito, the salesman made you feel so comfortable. No pressure of any kind. Peter provided important information about the car. He was extremely thorough in explaining what the car offered and what it did not. He was courteous, respectful and, my favorite quality, kind. I had visited another Lexus dealer and never was told about this feature or that feature. Peter explained everything and this made a huge difference with what features we had to have and which ones were not mandatory. In a short time, based on his presentation, we knew exactly what we wanted. Peter remained conscientious and very focused on us during our lengthy visit. . Heath Ewing, the Sales Manager had qualities you don't often find. He sat there, listening very intently to what we said. His explanations of the financial process when purchasing a car was the clearest I ever heard and I have sat in rooms in automobile sales officers many times. If we were confused, he recognized that and then took all the time necessary to clarify the situation. We felt no pressure, felt free to ask questions, felt comfortable to interrupt him if we had a question. He was always courteous, respectful and also kind, qualities consistent in both Peter and Heath that greatly distinguished these two individuals and which also said tons about JM Lexus. And while Geri and I were exhausted by the end of the day and the lengthy process to buy a car which we did, Heath remained helpful and courteous throughout the meeting. We did not feel uncomfortable for one second, did not feel any pressure being exerted on us and remained interested and excited about moving forward to purchase the ES350. We concluded our visit at JMLexus having a detailed explanation of how to use all of the features of the car by Mike Cooke. He was very well versed and informative about the features of the car. This review was conducted in the car and was very hands on. He explained everything in understandable language and actually demonstrated how the features were to be used, like the radio, the entire information panel, audio controls, etc. His interest in the car and what it could do was contagious. He recognized that he had to proceed at a reasonable pace so that we could digest all that he was telling us. If we don't remember something, which is likely, we know where to find the answer but more importantly, we have been exposed to the many varied features the car offers. For all the reasons enumerated above, thank you. And a special and heartfelt thank you to Peter Santovito, Heath Ewing and Mike Cooke. Each one is a definite asset to the JMLexus organization.
