In mid 2013 I made an Internet inquiry to the dealership concerning available pre-owned Lexus ES350 vehicles. From the beginning Mr. Walker conducted himself as a professional, knowledgeable and most respectful Product Specialist and a true gentleman in all respects. His thorough explanation of the model I had interest in was impressive, as was the personal tour and merits of the entire Dealership and Service Department. He assisted me in test driving several vehicles without any pressure or annoyance (which I found refreshing and unusual based on over 50 years of prior car buying experiences). In the process, I also met many other dealership representatives who collectively impressed me with the reality that my experience in buying and maintaining a JM vehicle was paramount to each of them and to the Dealership. I purchased a 2011 ES350 (which I thoroughly enjoy) and could not be more pleased in the entire process and follow up inquiries by Mr. Walker to ensure my ongoing satisfaction. All in all, this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I ever had. More
Winston is amazing. He asked me some questions about the kind of car I wanted. When I got to JM Lexus he had selected a car for me that met all my requirements. I spent less than 2 hours buying my new car. The best buying car experience ever. We recommend Winston to everyone. He is a very knowledgeable, respectful and honest person. You don't feel pushed or disrespected. The only glitch with this dealership was in my first oil change. The service department takes too long for a simple oil change. I stop going there. More

Gary Catronio, Delivery Specialist, was my delivery guy. My 2013 mercedes Benz only had one key with it. Gary was on the case from day one. He swung into action tracking down and contacting the previous owner who he got to mail him the spare key to the vehicle which is great to have given they can cost a couple or few hounded clams to have made if you lose the only one you have. Gary contacted me a few weeks after the deal and informed me that he had the spare key in his possession and would be mailing it out to me. Now That's excellent customer service! Gary is a man of few words, bit if he says he will do something, it is not just lip service, it's top notch customer care. Kudo's again to my Salesman Winston Walker as well.
