Service department overcharges labor time Service department quotes exorbitant amount of labor hours ripping off customers whose cars are not under warranty. I was quoted $550 including 1-1/2 Service department quotes exorbitant amount of labor hours ripping off customers whose cars are not under warranty. I was quoted $550 including 1-1/2 hours labor to replace a trunk latch. I went and purchased an oem trunk latch online and had a professional mechanic install it. They had installed within 15 minutes. Called the manager Dave morgan and complained on deaf ears. Please use any other dealer than this. The extra labor costs pay for the free food and waiting area. Buyer Beware!!! More

We actually live very close to another Lexus dealership but pass it up to go to JM. The whole experience is first class. The final handoff was terrific also as our guy (German) was very patient while I was trying to set up the insurance for the car. Will continue to go to them for any or our car needs! I only wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! More

JM felt so bad for that I've been driving 5 months with faulty breaks that Ed claimed at north Miami was nothing wrong with! Jm thank you for making up for north Miami disgusting behavior and no knowledge of cars claiming there was no noise in my brand new car only 2014. David was so companionate at JM he was my advisor and he handled everything from A toZ all on his own unlike north Miami Lexus! I will possibly be looking at ligation with North Miami allowing me to drive with faulty breaks with children in the car because Ed's feelings and Barbs feelings were hurt! Many people have issues at North Miami! If it wasn't for the far ride I'd go to JM all the time! But now I'll have to buy a different car! Anyway thank you David! You should train north Miami how to act towards long time customers! More

Awesome Customer Experience My wife and I are glad that we drove an hour from Miami Dade County to MJ Lexus when shopping for a new vehicle. For us Car shopping is very stressfu My wife and I are glad that we drove an hour from Miami Dade County to MJ Lexus when shopping for a new vehicle. For us Car shopping is very stressful as we have had some unpleasant experiences in the past with some Miami Dade County dealership and most of the times we have opt to drive further in order to have a better customer experience. Our initial contact at JM Lexus was with Mr. Hieu Vo; a true professional; and on our initial visit we just wanted to see and test drive the different models within our budget. We were put in the hands of Mr. John Churchill (Product Specialist); we test drove several vehicles last Saturday and we also were introduced to Mr. Alex Chalastori and to other members of JM Lexus organization. John, Alex and Hieu were always in constant communication with us for 3 days until we finalized all of our details pertaining our lease. On Wednesday we took possession of our new vehicle; everything was done as agreed on the phone and we were also impressed with a service that so far we have only experienced at JM Lexus (at our age we have purchased many vehicles; the car we treaded for our new Lexus was a Mercedes Benz and we did not received this service when we lease it). We spend over one hour with German Afanador (Delivery Specialist); we took a course in the Lexus technology with German. We like to thanks all of the JM Lexus staff that at some point worked with us through the process and we admire their professionalism, passion to help customers. Our hat goes off for Hieu Vo, Chalastori, (excellent follow up from Alex), John Church (work the hardest and call us the most; always very positive), German Afanador (He just don’t put a tag on vehicles; he teaches Lexus 101), and we also like to thanks Keegan Potter who did our financing and Ron Martin who spent some time speaking to us about the JM Lexus experience during our first visit to the dealership.
