Excellent experience in purchasing a used Lexus Thanks to Skip Robinson and the sales staff at JM Lexus who made the usually dreaded purchase of a car as painless as possible. After my prized 2006 Thanks to Skip Robinson and the sales staff at JM Lexus who made the usually dreaded purchase of a car as painless as possible. After my prized 2006 LS430 was totaled in an accident, I went on a mission to find an exact model and year as replacement for the car I had driven and loved for 10 years. As I do not live near this dealership but was in the area for another purpose one Saturday afternoon in Nov., I stopped at the JM Pre-owed lot on the off-chance they might have the car I was seeking. And, they did! I was introduced to Joel (Skip) Robinson who arranged for the car to be brought for my inspection. With low mileage and in good condition, it was most certainly a great replacement. Skip and the sales team in the office were so very helpful, courteous, respectful and eager to help me by getting the car prepared, paperwork completed and stay comfortable during the unanticipated wait for this unexpected event. As I was still driving a rental car from the accident, there became the issue of how to get my "new" car home, a good 30-40 minutes away, as the dealership closing time approached, Skip and another employee of the office went above and beyond by working after hours to follow me to my house, more than 30 minutes away, so that my husband and I would not have to drive back to the dealership the next day to pick up the car. I highly recommend Skip Robinson and the team at JM Lexus Pre-Owned cars for anyone wishing to have a smooth and pleasant purchase experience. More

My first experience with Lexus service ever I have been told that owning a Lexus is just as expensive as owning a European car and I was quite worried when I had to take in my Lexus SC 430 that I have been told that owning a Lexus is just as expensive as owning a European car and I was quite worried when I had to take in my Lexus SC 430 that wouldn't start. I had purchased it from JM Lexus only 5 months ago and barely put 1500 miles on it - so I was extremely disappointed when it conked out on me. On top of the towing charge, I was not looking forward to the repair bill. As it turns out, David Morgan (the Service Manager) was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he walk through the entire invoice with me in great detail, but also explained the steps that the technician took after the repair was completed to ensure that this wouldn't happen again. The majority of the repair cost was labor and David Morgan worked with me to honor a 10% off coupon which was intended for service (not repairs). While the expense was still a bit on the high side (in relation to other vehicles that I have owned), the experience was TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. As icing on the cake, since I was having electrical/starting problems, David also replaced the battery in my key fab which now works like it is supposed to - all along I thought the reason the key fab wasn't working well was because of the overall problem with the car. As of today, the car now runs smooth as ever and I hope that it will continue to perform flawlessly for some period of time before I need any further repairs. If you are going to JM Lexus for service, brace yourself for a completely different experience as compared to going to regular Toyota dealers for service. In particular, if you have an opportunity to shake hands with David Morgan or the opportunity to interact with him, I can guarantee you that you will be delighted and treated like you have never been before at a car dealership. More

Deserving a 10! My RX 350 had a 60,000 mile service at JM Lexus last month. I realized today (about a month later) that I was supposed to have completed a survey, which I vaguely recall seeing in my email....but must have deleted. I called the service manager today to make sure that that the Service Advisor that I worked with (John Nahar), was not in some way docked because I did not complete a survey. I was given this site....and want to share here that my service experience last month was a "10". As a side, I had scheduled service and taken the car in months earlier when I (mistakenly) thought it was due for this service, only to have John tell me at that time to wait and schedule at the appropriate future date. I thanked him for recommending that I postpone the expense, accepted a car wash, and left that day thinking about how many dealers would send home a scheduled maintenance for another day, postponing money in the cash register - I think doing that reflects positively on the character of this Service Advisor and on JM Lexus. So, I will never buy another Lexus from JM. I hope the extra 800-1000 that you added on was worth it. I certainly can afford to pay that, but I don't like BS. Unfortunately, the people above this guy don't know this and by the time this process was over, I was too worn out to continue up the ladder, so I paid the money and ,y new car and went on my way. But, I will not buy another care from them AND I will tell this story to MANY people I know with much more detail! Keep Smiling Mr. Smiley :) More
