His consistently pleasant demeanor, coupled with his overriding desire to give us the best deal possible, was extraordinary and went above and beyond anything we expected. My father has been bringing his automobile buying/leasing business to JM for many years, and has always had the best experiences imaginable. My fiance has had 10 years of positive experiences at another Lexus dealership, and because of that, coupled with our extreme lack of time to make a leasing decision (and a small misunderstanding on our part), ultimately led us to lease our 2017 Lexus 350RX there. However, we can both say confidently and unequivocally that in three years, when our current lease expires, JM Lexus will be at the top of our list of dealerships we will negotiate with for our 2019/2020 Lexus RX350. Small scratch I was very excited to buy my new car and that experience was great. The car had a small scratch(very small) so they agreed to fix it quickly. I scheduled an appointment a few days after my purchase and the appointment was at 8:30. I did not leave until 10:00AM so it took an hour and a half just to drop the car off. I was told it would take about 2 days and when I called on Day 3 they said it would be 8 total days. For a small scratch, that is unacceptable to go 8 days and on top of that they gave me a little Toyota Corolla to drive. I do not plan on using the service there ever again sadly enough and I just got the car. Terrible experience. More
