Excellence in Customer Service My wife and I went to the dealership to trade in an IS 250. We scheduled an appointment with Mel Malka, whom we've leased two other cars before. He set us up with Michael Paliotta and Hieu Vo who were instrumental in putting together a great deal on a new 2014 IS 250. The deal was so good we ended up also trading our RX 350 for a brand new 2014 ES 350 when they made another entertaining opportunity. We have been long time customers, and every time we have dealt with Mel, we have received exceptional service - from test driving to driving off the lot in our new cars. My interaction with the various gentlemen both individually and collectively actually convinced me with utmost certainty that I was purchasing a car that I would be most happy with. Their knowledge as well as their eagerness to educate me and familiarize me in all aspects of my certified used car was boundless and impeccable.
