My contact, Kenny Telusnord was always patient, extremely responsive to my needs and informative throughout the entire process. JM presented the detailed car to me with a big red bow, I could not stop smiling. Kenny sat with me for a good hour explaining every button and gadget on the car in detail, he even helped program my navigation and bluetooth with my phone. I had an unmatched experience with this dealership and look forward to my continued relationship with them over the years. The West Palm Lexus delaership on the flipside, what an awful experience.
