I thought I had only one choice, buy out my car, but instead I received education about the options, with the very patient Robert. He helped me reduced my car payments by almost half, got the exact car I wanted, and drove it home that afternoon. I really appreciate the new Lexus Plus service. You deal with one person, shows you exactly in detail the financial information and they teach you how to use technology and the features in the car. No need to wonder if you're getting the best deal, because they wanted me to be satisfied so everything was completely transparent. More

After obtaining the car I wanted, he walked me through the lease vs. purchase options, provided pricing, and handled all the paperwork. On delivery of the vehicle, he had all forms ready for signature (electronic) and at delivery of the vehicle, showed me how everything worked. It was a pleasure to deal with Robert and JM Lexus. More

The internet has helped a lot because it arms the buyer with information, but even then it is tricky because some dealers have to be reminded that they have priced the car differently on the internet than on the lot. The whole experience is miserable! That said, the experience at JM Lexus was very positive indeed. The concept of "Lexus Plus" makes total sense. Eliminating dealer fees and the haggling over prices is a stroke of genius. Our experience with Marcley Hilderbrand was exceptional. He went out of his way to help us find the car we were looking for and patiently answered our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Marcley & JM Lexus! More

Very Disappointed in my last visit JM Lexus Service Department's new customer strategy is not working well. The last two times I scheduled. Service the service advisor was not there. JM Lexus Service Department's new customer strategy is not working well. The last two times I scheduled. Service the service advisor was not there. Just wanted you to know that I agree with your other customers! My problem is that I came in for service multiple times saying my car was smelling bad, and thought something was wrong with the exhaust. Your service department could not find anything, said first time it was oil leaking and fixed it. Wrong it still smelled - took it in two more times and finally I was told that it was the catalytic converter and that would cost me $1800 to replace! Service advisor, Michael called Lexus to see if they would pay for it since the engine light never went on. Lexus said "No", so I asked why JM Lexus shouldn't pay for it or at least part of it since I complained multiple times. Michael told me that if Lexus doesn't pay, JM would not! What I don't understand is why Lexus Service wouldn't be obligated ? It was JM Lexus Service that did not use due diligence to find the problem until it was so bad, it had to be replaced. I am very disappointed that after every my 4 years of bringing it into service why they would not consider helping me with this repair. I certainly did nothing wrong, maintained it religiously, and now retired, find that the car I loved may not last me if I don't have good Lexus service to depend on. It I don't blame the Service Advisor, Michael, but I would love to speak to the Customer Service Dept for Service or get a refund of money on the catalytic converter. Please respond! More
