We were extremely impressed with the knowledge, service and overall attitude of Johnathan Dedrick as he assisted us through the purchase of our new RX We were extremely impressed with the knowledge, service and overall attitude of Johnathan Dedrick as he assisted us through the purchase of our new RX 350. We were trying to decide between two models and he went through both the models and the Blue Book numbers for our trade vs. the Lexus estimate and did not pressure us at all in the decision making process. He was terrific and we felt this was the best car buying experience we had at JM Lexus and for a dealership that has always been more than satisfactory to deal with your new system is a definite plus. Although we originally contacted Gary Mueller to inquire about a car, when we got to the dealership he was readying a new car for delivery for another customer. However, he took the time to find us Jonathan and checked in during our process to make sure we were being taken care of properly. Finally, your appraiser MIchael ( I am sorry I do not recall his last name) gave us the best price for our trade. Also a most pleasant surprise. All in all it was a most pleasant experience. More
