The best car shopping experience in JM Lexus I was very close to lease a Maserati Ghibli but I wasn’t convinced about the lease program and the vehicle itself. I was happy with my Lexus ES 350 20 I was very close to lease a Maserati Ghibli but I wasn’t convinced about the lease program and the vehicle itself. I was happy with my Lexus ES 350 2016 however, I was not happy at all at the service in Lexus of North Miami so I decided to explore at JM Lexus in Margate, I meet German Afanador to see the Lexus RX 350 in order to possibly upgrade my Lexus. He help me to explore the RX, test drive, he show the vehicle features and performance, he explained me about the Lexus Plus Program as well the Lease program at Lexus. He help me to find the right vehicle that I asked for and I got the Lexus RX 350L, no idea how happy I am with the new RX 350L but also, the hole process to get it was easy and German spend time explained me everything about the RX 350L as well, the JM Lexus Dealer, I noticed the dealer more professional and the facility is outstanding. I’m getting lots of compliments about the RX 350L, and the driving experience with the vehicle is a plus. I have to thank German Afanador for his professionalism and expertise but also to make the car shopping experience memorable, I hope to see this level of service and care at the dealership for now on.
