We told him what we were looking for and he immediately brought over Kenneth Telusnord. The manager explained to Kenneth that we were looking for an NX fsport model. Kenneth told us right off the bat about the Lexus plus program. We chose a few options for the car and took a test drive. He was very upfront about how their lease program and incentives change on a monthly basis so we took a chance and waited about a month for a car. We walked into the dealership unannounced and Kenneth took us to the car that we wanted to see. We loved it, did some paperwork and it turned out after about a month the price of the car was exactly where we wanted it to be. We drove off with it that same evening. Thanks for a great experience!
