Was a pleasure I am a past JM Lexus customer matter of fact this is our 5th Lexus with JM Lexus In the past the experience were not so great.. Also Alicia was very good , We were so undersided for about 5 months but any time we called she was great . My husband was going back and forth Cadillac or Lexus , I love my Lexus I have. RX350. .Alicia made the whole experience great .The only thing i can say was disappointing is no more service as far as coffee , cookies and sandwiches. I like that better .LOL More

Best car shopping experience I ever had! We have all been through it. You need or want to buy a new car but you dread the thought of doing so because of bad past experiences and sleazy sales We have all been through it. You need or want to buy a new car but you dread the thought of doing so because of bad past experiences and sleazy sales tactics and pressure. Absolutely NONE of that at JM Lexus. German Afanador was extremely professional, personable and took his time showing me everything and explaining everything. By the time the sale was complete I felt like he was my newest BFF. Don’t even bother going to any other dealership. I drove all the way over and back from my home in Ft. Myers and will be doing so again when it’s time for my next car! More
