Whenever I called him if he didn't answer he would call back. He worked hard trying to get the deal approved. He was very encouraging through everything. It was nice dealing with only one person. Robert is an excellent salesperson. I would recommend this dealership to everyone that I know. Everyone was friendly. I like the fact that when I walked in the dealership I was greeted with a warm hello and the lady at the desk made sure that I was well taken care of. I love it!!!! More

He then proceeded to explain the whole Lexus Plus one person only process from start to finish. We enjoyed that concept all through our decision making. He was very informative and made sure we purchased the exact car we wanted, without any up selling nonsence back and forth. No “let me go check with my manager” craziness whatsoever.
