He showed me several autos that he felt were right for me. If a vehicle came in that he thought was good for me, I always received a phone call. Never did I feel he did not have my best interests in mind. Nor did he ever show any impatience if I left without purchasing. Finally, during a service visit with my other car, I stopped in to see Josh and just say hello. He offered to show me some new cars that might interest me. As I walked outside and looked around, I remember pointing and saying, "What is that?" Joshua looked over, and we both smiled. Immediately he took me for a trial run. We came back and he stayed by my side to work everything out in my favor. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and thorough. Even after the sale was completed, Joshua called to follow up and make sure that everything was going well. He couldn't have treated my wife and I better even if we were really family. More
