Quick and to the Point Although not originally a huge fan of JM Lexus' switch to a one-price sales concept, Alicia Stark made me a believer. I was fortunate to work with Alicia on a lease in 2015, and again this past weekend for a new Lexus. Not only is she patient and knowledgeable, she has the ability to make a customer feel like HER time is completely YOUR time. I've been in dealerships before where once you say yes, the sales person has "mentally" left the transaction. Not so with Alicia! She discovered a missing front floor mat, and ran around late n a Saturday afternoon, even when we told her we could certainly wait a few days for it.
