Best car shopping experience I ever had! We have all been through it. You need or want to buy a new car but you dread the thought of doing so because of bad past experiences and sleazy sales We have all been through it. You need or want to buy a new car but you dread the thought of doing so because of bad past experiences and sleazy sales tactics and pressure. Absolutely NONE of that at JM Lexus. German Afanador was extremely professional, personable and took his time showing me everything and explaining everything. By the time the sale was complete I felt like he was my newest BFF. Don’t even bother going to any other dealership. I drove all the way over and back from my home in Ft. Myers and will be doing so again when it’s time for my next car! More

Simply Amazing.. and NOT in a good way! Long while ago, I bought a used Lexus privately ( 34K miles ). Brought it in to JM Lexus to get an extra key made and an oil change. After going ove Long while ago, I bought a used Lexus privately ( 34K miles ). Brought it in to JM Lexus to get an extra key made and an oil change. After going over my car, the service writer said that the car had never been serviced and needed a vast array of service items. I told him that I would make another appointment to bring the car in for all of this work. I went home, looked on line at the service records by VIN number. Lo and behold, not only had the car been service on a perfectly regular basis.. but the BEST part; All the service had been done at JM Lexus. You would think they would at least check to see if they had done the work before making that sort of statement. When I called and related this story, the managers response was; ok .. bring it in and I'll pay for an oil change. No apology, no remorse. Although this happened quite awhile ago, I'll never forget it. It speaks volumes of their integrity. More
