After the test drive, our salesperson did reach out only via email and answered questions without putting any pressure on us, and made sure to ask us to let them know if they should stop emailing us in case we were no longer interested. When we went back to finally purchase, we had been emailed their best price which had been itemized to show all fees, and this was the price at the time of the sale. Only added fees were for the plate transfer fee and the fee for the pre paid maintenance which I opted for. We dealt with Omar Hashmi primarily and he was extremely informative, relaxed, not at all pushy, and very very fast. Overall, great experience, I have already recommended JM Lexus to my friends and family. More
